After many uses I have learned how to (and not to) use The Colt Shower Shot. It is, when used properly, the best and most effective enema I have ever tried. At first glance it seams it can be used as a toy, but after lots of experience I have realized that the dildo shaped head simply makes the experience more comfortable.

I'm not a plumber by any means but I will attempt installation directions here, since it's not included in the packaging. Before using, you will have to install this into your standard shower. You will need to unscrew your existing shower head, so that you have just the shower pipe showing. I found mine was very tight so had to have a wrench handy. Next, you will place the little black rubber ring into the screw on end of the hose. Press it tightly and begin turning the screw thing. It's not a screw, it's more like a bolt. You may need to tighten with the wrench. Don't forget the rubber thing! If you don't putt it on there, water will shoot all over your bathroom!

Oh go ahead, you just got the "girl version" of plumbing 101. lol. Now onto the fun part.

The most difficult part was to figure out what the best lube for this product was. Oil based lubes generally work better in a wet environment but I found that they tend to clog the holes necessary for the enema to work. I also attempted to use a very minimal amount of all natural body wash... NOT RECOMMENDED! Ultimately, I found that my water based lube worked best as long as I used it, and inserted BEFORE turning on the water.

After you have it in place, slowly turn on the water at your desired temperature and pressure. I like mine cold and at a low pressure. Unlike the old enema bags, the amount of water is not pre-determined. It will take a few times to figure out how much your body can handle. It is better left in place - than thrusting. The sensation of the gushing water is so pleasurable that the additional stimulation just isn't necessary.

Safety: Enemas are generally very safe, and in many cases recommended by doctors. Read up on or talk to your doctor for more information.

Dildo: The dildo is made of "jelly", but is unlike most of my other jelly toys. It feels slightly more plasticy to the touch; understandably so, as it is hallowed out for obvious reasons. Non-the less, it has a very realistic feel when inserted. Its "insertable length" is only about 4.5 inches with a circumference of about the same, making it very comfortable. The head is small and realistically shaped with a ridge just underneath. The shaft has minimal vein detail but feels smooth overall.

Hose: The hose is the standard type hose you would use for an expendable shower head. It is nickle free and non-tarnishing. It's not very long so you will have to stand in most showers while using.

The shaft has minimal vein detail but feels smooth overall. Since it's not really designed for thrusting, the smaller size makes it practical for a little start-up stretcher.

The head and shaft are covered in tiny holes for the water to shoot through, but this does not change the feel of it at all. The design is very practical. The penis pops right off making it extremely easy to clean.

The effectiveness of this enema far exceeds any other I have tried. After proper use I feel clean and confident for hours!

As mentioned before, the penis end pops off making it extremely simple to clean. After removing it, I use antibacterial soap and hot water to clean. IT CAN NOT BE ABSOLUTELY SANITIZED! If you intended one for sharing, do yourself a favor and buy two! The hose can simply be hung out to dry before storing. It coils up nicely so you can fit it just about anywhere.

In the usual California Exotic form, the outside of the box offers no discretion what-so-ever. It's a good thing Eden ships discreetly!

It has a picture of the entire contraption on all four sides of the box, a very attractive full frontal nude male on the front and back, and the word "douche" six times!

Read up on enemas before attempting this for the first time.

Buy two if you intend on sharing with a partner. It's well worth the cost!

I had used regular enemas before, and the first time I tried The Colt Shower Shot I was alarmed by the power and amount of water being shot inside me. I could actually feel my bowel filling up and then my lower intestine. I thought I felt it all the way up to my tummy! After turning off the water and allowing things to settle for a few minutes, I let it all go. I have NEVER felt so clean!

After the first use it became far more pleasurable. I figured out at what temperature I preferred the water (cool-cold feels best for me) and I learned how much water to use (I like to leave the water running for less than a minute at pretty low pressure).
