Caressed

Many anal beginners are apprehensive when looking into buying a toy for anal pleasure. They need something that is non-intimidating, small, comfortable, and hygienic. The Caress fits the bill in all regards; it is made from 100% silicone and is small enough to fit in your hand. With lubricant, it slides in effortlessly.

Use

Probes are designed for anyone interested in anal play for enhanced sexual pleasure. The Caress is designed for beginners to anal play and has a curve design to hit the p-spot. Most women would not find this to be effective hitting the g-spot because it is very small and there are several toys that are on the market more fitting for g-spot stimulation.

However, that does not discount a woman from using the probe for double penetration; use it anally while your partner enters you vaginally in a doggy style or spooning position. Also, one could do what I do and insert a probe anally during solo masturbation sessions to increase the masturbation experience.

The handle acts as a way for easy retrieval as well as ensuring that it doesn't get lost in the anal canal.

The Caress has no working mechanical parts so it can be used in any water situation one can dream of.

Material / Texture

Caress is made from body-safe, hypoallergenic silicone that earns a perfect 10 on Eden's safety scale. The material is non-porous and free of latex and phthalates. The particular silicone does not attract lint as bad as some other silicone toys, but does attract a little. The silicone is odorless and will not pick up smells even when using anally.

The probe has a contoured outline along the probe, but this minimal texture cannot be felt internally. Overall, it has a soft matte feel to it with no distinct texture.

The probe has a very firm core and does not have much flexibility to it at all.

Design / Shape / Size

Caress is black in color with a curve for p-spot stimulation. It has a rounded head instead of a pointed tip that may hinder insertion without lubricant. It measures 5" from tip to base with an insertable length of 3 1/2" If you follow the length of the curve, Caress measures 7". It measures 2 3/4" around along the head and shaft. The handle measures 5" circumference. The handle is big enough to slip two fingers through and use the toy comfortably.

The small size is good for beginner users and looks non-intimidating. It is smaller than the anal beads that I have as you can see in the picture below.

This small probe is ideal as a travel toy. Although not discreet in appearance, it is small enough to fit in a pocket, jacket, purse, or bag.

Performance

I like the non-intimidating size of the toy, but my main complaint is that it kept slipping out when inserted. When I'm playing, I want to slip the toy in my backdoor and forget about it while I focus on vaginal and clitoral stimulation. The Caress does not allow me to do that. I have to focus on holding it in place instead of focusing on clitoral stimulation.

Care and Maintenance

This silicone probe is easily cleaned with antibacterial soap and warm water, toy cleaner, or your favorite toy wipe. It is best to pay special attention to the ridges where grime could hide. You can sterilize this anal probe in a pot of rolling boil water or soak it in a 1:10 bleach solution. As this does not contain any working parts, you can also run this toy on the top rack of your dishwasher as well.

When storing, you should also keep this probe away from other silicone toys to prevent possible chemical reaction between two silicone materials.

It is best to use only water-based lubricant to protect the longevity of the toy.

Packaging

To keep packaging to a minimal, the Caress was shipped in a plastic bag within a discreet shipping box. There were no instructions regarding the toy.

Experience

I've been using beads, small dildos, and now this probe recently to enhance my pleasure during masturbation sessions. My only complaint with this probe was that it kept slipping out. Other than that, it slides in easily with lubricant and isn't uncomfortable at all. It is small enough that you can use a vaginal toy in conjunction with this without any issues. Although some probes are designed for g-spot stimulation as well, I did not use it in that regard.
