Bouncy Balls of Fun
These beads work well as a beginner's item. They are easy to clean and use. The size isn't a problem, as even those who are anal virgins should be able to use them with minimal discomfort. The textures offer a different feeling during insertion, though not much difference once they are inside. If you are a first timer, you can't really go wrong with these, though you might find something else you prefer more.

The Package
Posh comes in a simple box that I've come to expect from CalEx. That is to say that there is only a bit of minimal info on the toy itself. (In this case, four lines on the back, in five different languages.) Whether you keep it for storage or toss it, it isn't that big a deal.
The Beads
Two strings of beads. It sounds good, but really they are relatively the same. One string is 3/4th of an inch, and the other is an inch. It would have been nicer to have a wider size difference, to be honest. The smaller string has little bumps all over it, while the larger string has a number of wavy lines running across it.
For silicone, the material is rather springy. Especially the slender pieces connecting each bead to the next. Though they are still stiff enough to make it easy for insertion. And the rings at the end make it easy to pop them out when things are done. Another benefit of the silicone is the hygienic properties. Easy to clean, of course, and none of the nasty smell I've found with some other toys. (Though I had another set of silicone beads that had an awful smell to them.)
My Experience
So what can I say about these beads? The size is about average, as most go. They aren't too big or too small. (I swear I got some a couple months ago that had beads as small as half a pencil eraser.) A little bit of water-based lubricant on the first bead was enough to get them all worked in, which is great if you don't like to waste your lube.
Another thing I've found is that if you aren't -very- clean before using these, you can mess them up rather quickly. Especially the string with the wavy lines. And while silicone doesn't have a smell naturally, it can retain a smell if that happens. So make sure you are careful while using them.

My Experience, pt. 2
Despite the mess these can create if you aren't careful, one thing I liked was when I pulled them out. Just a simple pull on the ring at the tip, and they slowly popped out one by one, which was nice. Especially the pressure inside as the silicone between each bead stretched fully, before the bead within was forced to pop out.

Thanks for the review. I agree, it would be better to have a bigger difference between the sizes of each strand.
