Biggest Bad Boy in the Rude Boy Family
Its a good toy, but there are better prostate toys on the market. Ones that are more comfortable, stay in place and thus are easier to use and more effective.

Pros
Safe materials, good buzz.
Cons
Pops out, difficult to insert.
This is a very good anal/prostate toy. My own experience is that it does not stay inside well. However, if you can maneuver it into a position where it is held in place, e.g. by sitting somewhat forward on it, it gives a great prostate buzz. The rubber nubs on the perineum are also a great touch.
The rubber is fairly stiff and unyielding for silicone rubber. It has a nice smooth finish. The shape is interesting basically a big U but with the insertible end bent inward to put pressure on the prostate and a bulge about two inches down from the tip to add girth at the anus. The shape and the big bulge make it difficult to fully insert. I think this big bulb right at the anus may be what causes it to pop out. If it were further inside it might help to hold it in, but right at the base it serves to keeps the anus from closing fully around it, thus making it easy to push out.
The toy is pure silicone so use a water based lube or, use a condom (unlubricated Trojenz are great) and then put silicone lube on the condom. I now always use condoms with my anal toys - it makes cleanup and sanitization so much easier.
If I were buying again I would probably get the simpler Rude Boy design.
The vibrator is a simple bullet vibrator that inserts into a space in the "handle".
It is a fairly powerful vibrator, one speed, and uses one N battery. Battery life could be better.
Easy to clean, just pull out the bullet vibe and you can immerse the body in water and even boil it. Or throw it in the dishwasher (not usually my choice for anal toys even silicone ones). Clean the bullet by gently washing with disinfectant soap, but do not immerse it in water.

Experience
Once inserted, and this is not the easiest to insert given its shape and size, and once you get into a position that holds it in place, it gives a very nice buzz to your prostate and perineum.

Thank you for viewing Bad boy – prostate massager review page!
Good review.
In general it seems to be a common tradeoff: more stimulation = less likely to stay in.
