The Big Boy by Rocks Off is a rather large toy designed for prostate massage. This toy is great for prostate massage IF you can get it into place. The bulges will hold it in place wonderfully upon full insertion and the curve of the design will definitely keep this from slipping in anally. It is pretty girthy for an anal toy and the length is nothing to scoff at (it takes some pretty hard pressure to get it all the way in, and you will definitely feel it against your prostate. I wouldn't recommend this to anal users that aren't experienced with BIG toys, or those that prefer a light pressure on the prostate.


Ladies: This toy should prove WONDERFUL for simultaneous clit and g-spot stimulation. It won't provide super rumbly vibes in either spot, but it will definitely provide stimulation to both (with more focus on the clit). Those ladies that are experienced with larger toys/dual penetration/toys that are insertable during intercourse may even venture to try this while having sex.

Men, if you can achieve complete insertion it should stay inside exceptionally well during sex. The thrusting motion will rock your world as it presses firmly against your prostate.

Big Boy by Rocks Off is constructed mostly of silicone withe a removable RO-80mm bullet. The bullet is a plastic bodied bullet with a silicone covered power button.

Silicone is the safest material on Eden's safety scale ranking in at 10 (with 1 being the lowest) and is a non-porous pthalate-free material. The particular silicone formulation used in this toy has a slight give to it, and decent flexibility but the toy is still rigid enough for anal insertion. There was no smell or taste here, but there is a decent amount of drag without lube.


The plastic body of the bullet rates in at an 8. It is hard and there is NO flex. No smell or taste to speak of here either!

I'm not calling the bulges a texture, because they are part of the design (and will be covered there) but the size of the bulges definitely isn't for those just starting out with anal insertions. I would thin most women could take this in their pussy fairly easy though.

This a big toy with some BIG bulges. I think it is the single biggest prostate massager on the market.

The bulges are quite the challenge even for me (and if you've read my reviews you know that means something) I think the overall length and shape of the toy may prove to be too much for some. You can see the length of the toy when flexed out straight here:




The curve and length present a real insertion challenge when combined with the size of the bulges as it will hit most men's rectal wall against the prostate over an inch before full insertion. Depending on your personal preference this can lead to some rather delightful pressure, or some disheartening pain.

Overall, the toy isn't designed to be realistic. I wouldn't call it a travel toy either as it is large and it looks like a sex toy (there isn't an alternate explanation I could come up with for it!). Average users should probably steer clear as it is a wonderful toy, but not for those that just occasionally dabble in anal/prostate play.

I do want to restate however: Most women should be able to use it JUST fine for simultaneous clit and g-spot play. The bullet (a RO-80mm bullet) is completely removable for if you want pin point vibrations.

Well, it's damn sure a prostate massager. Once this thing is inserted all the way you certainly will not forget why you worked it into your ass in the first place as it really is going to rub all over your prostate. The bullet (while nice) seems to be just a bonus as I got EXCELLENT stimulation out of this thing without turning it on. The size and shape are a challenge and at times the prostate pressure can be too much, but it is worth it.

No functions to speak of with the vibrations here. You can turn it on or off but that is it. It isn't an incredibly loud toy either, and it certainly gets the job done.

The Big Boy by Rocks Off is incredibly easy to care for. Before and after each use I wipe it with an Eden wipe and it is visibly clean, and I try to boil the silicone part for 3 or 4 minutes once a week. You can also clean the silicone portion of the toy with your choice of toy cleaner or a 10% bleach solution. The bullet can be wiped clean with your choice of cleaner, antibacterial soap and water, or a bleach solution.

I would strongly advise that you only use water based lubes with this toy as it is a silicone toy and anything else could potentially cause a reaction with the material. The bullet (for the most part) would be okay with a silicone based lube but it could cause problems with the button.

I store mine in the packaging it came in, but you could toss this in the sock drawer (be careful, it does attract lint and dust), your toy drawer, or even an old purse or coat hanging in the closet.

It comes in a fairly heavy duty cardboard box with a plastic viewing window, and upon opening the toy is sitting in a little plastic place holder.




The back of the box features information about the product and a picture that shows where this toy is meant to be inserted, so the packaging isn't discreet at all.

Under the placeholder is a little brochure explaining Rocks Off's 6 month guarantee and cataloging all of their toys. It's a nice little pamphlet, but it doesn't feature instructions. On the back of the brochure there is a code to register your toy and activate the guarantee.

I love the packaging for storage as it keeps the dust off of it, but most will probably trash the packaging. You would have to separate the plastic from the paper/cardboard portion of the box but it is all recyclable.

It took me 3 different tries to finally get this in. It is a hard toy to get in and into the right position because of it's size, but it is definitely worth the challenge. The night I finally got it in, I ended up rocking back and forth on the corner of my bed while this thing furiously prodded and probed my prostate until I finally collapsed backwards in what was my first completely hands-free prostate orgasm.
