This great toy can be used any time you want prostate stimulation. Once you slip it in it stays in place and puts pressure on exactly the right spot for prostate pleasure. The little tongue with nubs also does a great job of tickling the perineum (taint) and also the rim of the anus. Great for solo play, where it can be used for prostate only stimulation or during masturbation. Just slip it in (use water based lube) and press the button. The 5 different vibration patterns give very different stimulation.

It is also great as an aid for play with a partner - for oral sex or vaginal or anal intercourse (unless you are the receptive partner).

My favorite use is when my partner is giving me head and masturbation. It is also great for sex where you are on the bottom with your partner riding you. It is made of pure medical grade silicone . There is no discernible odor (as long as you clean it correctly). It has a soft almost velvet texture.

The shape is carefully designed to put optimal pressure on the prostate. This toy is great because it really is well-designed and works. You want to lube it well (water based) to slip it in. Once in it gives a full feeling in the anus with perfect pressure on the prostrate. The shape just works - and it stays in, even in the throes of intense stimulation and movement. The flange that slips between your cheeks and up onto your perineum has little nubs that really tickle it when the vibe is on. The back flange keeps it in place and keeps pressure where you want it.

One of my favorite design choices is that it takes AAA batteries. No searching for electronic stores for button batteries - you can get AAA's anywhere. There is also no charger to lose or forget.

Finally, because it is made of 100% medical grade silicone it is non-porous, so you can really clean/disinfect it.

I clean it by washing the insertable part in anti-bacterial soap. I then wipe off the vibrator control with a cloth with some of the soap - just don't soak it.
