This is a good toy for an anal first timer or someone wanting to explore prostate stimulation with a wired remote. Materials are quality and the toy is easy to use and affordable. Anal experts may want something larger or rechargeable. If you like toys with some give, this one is flexible. Ideal for single or couple play.

Pros
Affordable, Silicone coated, Variety of patterns, easy to use/clean. Beginner sized
Cons
May not stay inserted. May be small for anal pros.
The Eden Curve is a new toy geared for anal/prostate stimulation. It can be used solo or with a partner as it has a corded remote control. The range, of course, is limited by the length of the cord. These sorts of toys have pluses and minuses. While controls are an easy reach, rather than awkward fumbling between one's legs, they also limit how much movement you can do while using it.
This toy is geared more towards anal beginners than someone highly experienced. This toy is best used in the bedroom for solo play or multiple stimulation with a partner.
It is travel-friendly in the sense you can disconnect the controller and not be concerned about the toy vibrating in your suitcase. The shape is not very discreet, though, so you may not want to pack in your carry-on luggage.
This toy is plastic coated with very smooth silicone, which makes it body safe and easy to sanitize. Most of the toy is flexible. The upper half of the tip and safety tabs are moderately flexible. I had assumed this would be a firm plastic underneath, but it is not. So, if you like flexible toys, you will like that.
Silicone is Hypo-allergenic, Latex free, Non-porous and Phthalates free. The smooth texture with a dose of lube should make it easy to insert anally.
The size/shape is best suited for beginners to intermediate users. The shape is designed to rest against your P-spot (or perhaps G-spot for the women interested). It is meant to be inserted and left in place while being remotely controlled by yourself or your partner. It starts out slow and gradually tapers thicker at the base, so it should be suitable for even the tightest of asses. The base is flared to prevent full insertion..ie: accidentally lost toy and embarrassing trip to ER. This should also carry some of the vibrations to the anus/perineum area. You could probably sit on this toy, but take care not to damage the connecting cord if you do.
There are 10 levels of intensity/functions in this toy. It is easy and intuitive to use. There is a power button and a function button to cycle through the different vibration patterns. The toy is splash-proof, so you can use in the shower. The controller is modular, so you can clean it without getting the controller wet.
It runs on 2 AAA batteries.
The controller is identical to Eden's Escapade that I also reviewed recently. They could be used interchangeably even.
The toy can be easily cleaned without damage, by removing the remote control cord. It can be cleaned/sterilized with a 10% bleach solution in hot water, toy wipes/cleaner or antibacterial soap and water between uses. Do not boil the toy on a stove top or run through dishwasher though or you may damage the electronics.
Silicone is most compatible with water-based lubes. In my experiences, high-quality silicone lubes can also be used, but you can always do a spot test before attempting this to be safe. Avoid oil based lubes with this toy.
The modular cord makes storage easy and the toy does not take up lots of space. It's also a good idea to remove batteries from any toy when not in use for long periods of time.
Packaging is pretty basic and not discreet. There is a window showing the toy in plain view. It is also recyclable and not really one you'd save for storage, as to be expected in this price range. The box lists the toys features.
This is an ideal toy for beginners to anal/prostate stimulation. Couples or singles can both enjoy this with controls at their finger tips. Ready to play right out of the box. Just add batteries.
I'd say this is about 2.5 bees (prob quieter inserted, 3.5 vrooms.
Follow-up commentaryI don't like it anymore3 months after original review
This doesn't measure up to my collection of prostate toy, so it doesn't get used. It's nice for beginners, but not quite what I wanted.

I just read another review of a toy w/ a cord that plugs into a controller. I have a couple like this too & I like to interchange everything - very fun.
