It is designed primarily to stimulate the prostate, but it is quite fun even if you lack a prostate. It could theoretically be used vaginally, but the design isn't as useful that way.

This is completely safe for anal because the loop acts as a base. The loop is large enough that it isn't a concern that this will be pulled into the body.

This is steel, so it is very firm. This means that you can bruise delicate parts if you are too vigorous.

Njoy made the Pure Plugs line out of hefty and smooth medical grade steel. This is perfect with no seams or marks on it. Obviously, it is completely firm, so a bit of caution is recommended so as not to bruise anything. The steel is heavy. This plug is noticeable. It's not subtle when it comes to weight, but it is also not overwhelming either.

Of course, this doesn't have any real odor and doesn't retain any either as it is non-porous.

This is specifically designed as a prostate stimulator because of the curve, but that can also make it useful for g-spotting if yours happens to be very shallow. The looped handle instead of a flat base makes it much easier to use solo or to have a partner use it on you.

This is completely rigid and weighty, so beginners may find this a challenge, but more intermediate users will enjoy the 5" circumference. It's about 3.5" long but only about 2.5" is insertable. There is a nice long thin neck which makes it easy to retain if you are using it like a plug. The loop is about 2" wide and 1" tall, so it sits between the cheeks well.

The tip is very gradual, so it slowly works you up to the larges part of the bulge. I prefer toys like this because it is easier for me. The tip is not pointy at all even though it is absolutely a point which means that during wear, this is still very comfortable.

The shape may be intended for prostate stimulation, but I lack a prostate and still found this extremely pleasurable. When I am riding my partner with this inserted, I can most definitely feel this getting pressure from his body. I find it intense but enjoyable. Steel is fantastically easy to maintain. Any type of lube works with this and you can basically store it however you like. You can clean it with soap or toy cleaner and water, or you can sterilize it with 10% bleach, boiling, or putting it in the top rack of the dishwasher. I loved the packaging that Njoy designed for this. It's simple yet elegant and not over sized. The toy came in a box that is made of very hefty and smooth compressed paper. It's really thick and holds up well. The box is hinged and opens to the toy nestled in satin. The satin is thin, but very pretty. Under the satin is a Styrofoam block with the shape of the toy cut out for it to sit in. The top of the boxy has the Njoy logo. The box came in a thin white cardboard sleeve that had the Njoy logo in black on. Very discreet.

It's perfect for gift giving and for storage if you have the space. The box is 4.5" wide x 5" long x 2.5" tall.
