The page says it is 8 3/4" long, but that's if you stretch the toy from end to end. The bullet is less than 2" long and sticks out a little from the toy. It helps to push the button easier.

It stays in, once it's in. I only dislodge it when orgasming, and it still tries to hold on then. It stimulates the prostate with the point. It works for me. The back rests on your taint, not really your balls. Balls will hang below the toy if you're on top. It does give your balls less room to swing, so don't thrust like crazy or it could hurt. It is not comfortable to sit with, but you can lay down with it or stand. You can masturbate by hand, while it's in. You can also use sleeves and masturbators.

The one thing is that the bullet was a dud. It only worked for a couple of uses then died. It was a cheap bullet. Another bullet will work just fine. It was a standard-size. The bullet was weak, while it lasted.

The silicone can be washed or boiled. Boil to sanitize. I like to soak it in the sink with soap. Don't use silicone lubes with this.
