Bad by name, bad by nature.
The biggest problem with this toy is that you don't know if it's going to work before you buy it. If it doesn't fit correctly inside your anatomy, then you've wasted your time with it.

Pros
Attractive design, dual functions, variety of colours available.
Cons
Awkward shape, inflexible.
The Bad Boy is the third largest in Rocks Off’s range of vibrating prostate massagers, neatly bridging the Gap between the Rude Boy and the Big Boy.
The design of it is rather attractive to behold, especially in the striking scarlet shade which I opted for, but it also comes available in a more subdued black. The Bad Boy features a broadly C-shaped, or horseshoe-like, appearance similar to its cousins in the line, but with a couple of girthy bulges along the length of the insertable portion to add some points of interest. Next to the bullet is a small cluster of raised nodules which are designed to stimulate the perineum.
The Bad Boy is made from an odourless and body-safe silicone, but as with all Rocks Off toys it's an especially firm silicone, quite different to what you might expect from another brand such as Tantus or Doc Johnson. The material doesn’t bend or flex about especially easily, nor does it have much give to it if you attempt to squeeze or compress it. The surface of the toy is matte, which has the advantage of making lube adhere to it well, but on the whole it feels slightly more rough than it does velvety, and it's also marred by the presence of a raised mould line running the full length.
The fairly modest size of the tip makes insertion easy at the outset, but I quickly discovered that the hooked shape of it would prove to be a hindrance, and despite many agonising attempts I’ve never been able to insert it fully and have the final resting position resembling anything close to the diagram on the box. The tip of the toy seems to go in as far as there is physically room, and further pressure to insert the remainder only results in internal discomfort. The problem it would seem is that everyone’s anatomy varies to a degree, but products like this are inherently a “one size fits all” affair. My advice would be to try manually locating the prostate using a finger before buying this toy. If you have difficulty reaching it then you may have a deeper prostate and could benefit from the shape of the Bad Boy, but if you can reach it with ease then your prostate is probably in a shallower position, and you might also struggle to fit the toy, and would therefore benefit from something more conventionally-shaped. Being unable to fully insert the Bad Boy meant that it felt generally uncomfortable to wear. With half of the toy left hanging out it didn’t stay in place well at all, and I found it impossible to sit on it and employ a rocking motion for added stimulation. The part of the toy intended to stimulate the perineum barely came into contact with it at all, and meant that I experienced no benefit from this aspect of the design.
The vibration is powered by the RO-80 bullet, which can be removed and used separately if desired. The bullet is held in place very tightly and can be difficult to extract without a lot of twisting, tugging, and wiggling, as the snug fit forms a vacuum inside. The entire toy is waterproof, so removing the bullet during routine washing isn’t a necessity. The vibrations do seem to travel the full length of the toy, to the point that a tingling sensation can be felt inside, but to my dismay none of this seemed to result in any pleasurable sensations being felt in the prostate, even after extended use. Due to the position of the bullet in the toy, the part which vibrates the most strongly is the part which is located outside of the body. By the time the vibrations travel from the source at one end of the toy, down to the prostate at the other, they become absorbed and dampened in the process, significantly impacting on their strength. Add to this the fact that the bullet has only one speed and is quite buzzy, and it results in less than ideal performance. The bullet is generally pretty easy to operate whilst it’s inside the toy, as its location puts the on/off button in an accessible position, and the bullet is also quiet enough that no one will hear it in an adjacent room.
On the whole it’s an attractive product, but the shape just won’t work for everyone. If you’re contemplating buying your first prostate massager then I’d suggest trying a more traditional design first to see if that hits the spot. If you’re certain that you can accommodate the hooked shape then this might be the product you’re looking for, but you may want to upgrade the bullet to something a little stronger.

I must say, I'm not one to give up easily on a toy. Despite the abject failure I experienced trying to fit the Bad Boy inside me initially, I do periodically take it out and try again.
It's been around 9 months now that I've owned the toy, and I think I'm about ready to call it quits. I can't see any eventuality in which the awkward shape of this toy will sit properly inside my anatomy, other than having my insides surgically repositioned.
It's an unfortunate situation, because it did seem like a promising toy, but it seems apparent that for some people it will just never work as intended.

You're right this does seem oddly shaped/designed and looks to me as if it would be uncomfortable. I currently have the butt boy by the same company and it seems to be working fine. I really feel the bullet leaves a lot to be desired compared to some other ones out there. Thanks for the review!
