P-spot pleaser is designed mainly for men to stimulate the prostate gland anally but could be used by women too. It's mainly a beginner to intermediate toy for those beginning to explore anal play or want to go deeper than a beginner toy. It's equally useful for being used alone or with a partner.

It's flared, but I wish it were more so. I find it a challenge to keep inserted without falling out, especially if you are having sex, standing up or moving around. I have the sister Anal T-vibe too, which is the same design but much shorter, allowing for 3" or less penetration. It was one of my first anal toys. I was curious to see how the longer version felt.

It can be used as foreplay or to accommodate your ass for a bigger toy.

The toy is made of silicone. It has a smooth matte-like finish. The shaft is flexible and squeezable, which was a surprise to me. I have had the smaller anal T vibes before, which are hard plastic. It slides in very easy with some water-based lube. The silicone makes it safer than plastic if you are sharing and offers a different texture with a little more drag. Your preferences may vary.

The P-spot pleaser is 7" long, 5" insertable and 1" diameter. It's a good size for most users. It can be traveled with, in a packed luggage. It's long enough to please anyone. You can insert it as far as you need and it should hit your spot.

The toy is easy to use. It has one button. Press the lower half to turn on/off and press the upper end to cycle through the functions. There are 7 Speeds/intensities/patterns in all. The vibrations transmit well and can be felt where it counts. The only complaint is the taper could be larger, so this toy would be easier to retain and wear during sex. YMMV, but I need a deeper taper to retain and relax with a toy like this. It still feels good and has its uses. Of course, it would be nice to have wireless control too, but you don't get that at lower price points.

The toy can be cleaned with a toy cleaner, 10% bleach solution or hot soap and water. It's waterproof too, so you can rest easy when cleaning.
