It was totally my fault that I went off what I thought the size of this was, instead of the measurements. I have a bad habit of doing that and just guesstimating the size. I got it because of the finger loop, I thought that was a neat idea. I was WAY off on this one. I imagined this to be more of the size of a fat middle finger...it's actually comparable to my pinkie. For someone who is experienced in anal, this won't hold your attention long, BUT in all fairness it is an excellent product for those wanting to explore anal for the first time or are still a beginner. Why buy a toy that is the same size as your pinkie, which you can just as easily use? Well...this is cleaner. If you are afraid of the bootie cooties, then this is also a great way to avoid that.

The Anal Finger is made of durable TPE, it feels much like jelly but is less porous and more resilient. TPE has a smooth surface but also has a lot of drag. The mold for this toy left a few imperfections, but nothing irritating. The material is a 6 on Eden's safety scale, so it isn't the best for anal play, because it is still is semi-porous (and a condom is like impossible) but it isn't the worst either. It is phthalates and latex free as well as hypo-allergenic. It has a light odor of chemicals but nothign overpowering and it goes away with washing. The TPE is flexible but hold its shape firm for insertion.

The body of this plug is an elongated tear drop shape. It is almost 3 inches long, with the insertable length being a tiny 2". Like I said, this doesn't hold my attention long at all, but for beginners this is a non-intimidating size and shape. The circumference at the widest point, is 2 1/4". The tip is as small as the eraser on a pencil so it is super easy to insert. The end has a stretchy ring to put on a finger. Without this, the toy is unsafe and it should never be used without your finger in the hole. I had no problem fitting in on my finger and neither did my male partner. Again, this size is ideal for anal beginners and therefor won't entertain advanced, and probably most intermediate anal players.

This toy is discreet by default because of the small size. It can fit in a variety of places and because it is so small it doesn't really even scream butt plug.

I really liked that this can be worn on a finger, feels like a finger, but doesn't require a finger to go in my butt. This isn't something I'd reach for when I want to have an anal orgasm (yes I do believe I have those) or when I want a lot of anal stimulation. But much like a flick of a nipple, this plug offer just a bit of extra stimulation that does add to my overall arousal. With lubricant it goes in easily and instead of thrusting (because there isn't much to thrust obviously) I just liked to apply a bit of pressure with a little wiggling. It made me want this in a larger size! The small size, doesn't require any relaxation prep for me which is a plus.

To clean, just wash with warm water and soap. The material does retain smells a bit, so using a fragranced soap might be a good idea. Store in the small snap to close plastic case when dry. The case is also small and will keep it from touching other toys that might cause melting. It will also keep it from getting a ton of dust and lint on it. When choosing lubes, water or silicone based should be used.

I am giving the Anal Finger 3 stars. No, it wasn't that stimulating for me but given the right target audience this is a decent product. I am giving in 3 stars because even for a beginner, it won't be a toy that will be used much if you decide you like anal play. I would imagine it would collect a lot of dust in a toy collection.
