The Elektra Luxe arrived in the always discreet mailer (a plain white padded package), the product box itself is very colorful and exciting but not discreet, displaying exactly what the product is (although it's not as obvious as say, a realistic dildo). The back of the box is very informative, listing details and specifications of the toy. In the box is the Elektra Luxe toy itself, nicely encased in the plastic insert, along with a brief instruction manual and charging cord (pin type charging cord common with a lot of toys).





First holding the Elektra Luxe in my hand, I was pleased with how it felt like I would imagine a well balanced sword (or Eros' Electro Sword anyone?) would feel! The toy is encased with smooth silicone, save for a small shiny ABS portion by the controls (not an insertable area, although ABS is also body safe/non-porous like silicone). Despite it being an e-stim toy, I personally love that it is still an entirely silicone surface instead of some exposed metal contact areas! The Elektra Luxe is similar shape and size to a typical rabbit vibrator.

Since I have never used an e-stim toy before, I started with just the vibration function as kind of a warm up. The vibration intensity goes up to a pretty high intensity especially considering the size and dual purpose of the Elektra Luxe, but nothing mind-blowing (yet) at least compared to other strong prostate vibrators. I did really like some of the unique vibration patterns like some that would alternate vibrations between the P-spot portion and perineum portion.

Now... for the properly mind-blowing portion, especially for first time e-stimulation. Making sure the inserted shaft and perineum portion were properly lubed with water-based lube (to make good contact for spreading the electro-stimulation), I cautiously turned on the e-stim function. Wow, I didn't really know what kind of sensation to expect, but it was definitely an extremely unique yet pleasurable sensation compared to all the other types of toys and stimulation I've done before! Almost indescribable, like a stimulation inside of my body (in the even more literal sense than the toy being inserted in my hole!). A pulsing or pulling sensation almost, between the prostate and perineum. I started with just the lowest intensity or two of the e-stim, being my first use. Nothing super intense yet but uniquely pleasing. When the vibrations were on at the same time, due to the intensity of the vibrations, the e-stim at the lower levels was not very noticeable and 'drowned out' with the vibrations.

For controlling the Elektra Luxe, there are 3 buttons on the handle. The middle power button to turn the toy on or off by holding down and releasing the button, the top wavy button with a number 1 on it (for e-stim function), and the bottom wavy button with a number 2 on it (for vibrations function). The e-stim and vibration buttons are also turned on by holding then releasing the button, then cycle through the modes by pressing the button. The functions can also be turned on or off independently by holding then releasing the button again, but I found this tricky to do as it would often just register as a button press and cycle to the next mode - so I mostly used the power button to turn the functions off. The buttons light up for whichever is turned on. The e-stim button lights up red, and the power button and vibration button light up blue. The e-stim and vibration can be used at the same time or separately!



It was a little difficult to know which button I was pressing whenever using on myself, as the buttons don't have a super obvious texture like significantly raised or recessed buttons. However, this isn't an issue in instances if someone else were using the toy on you! (especially if you are getting into a little BDSM play handing over the control).

Being more comfortable with the e-stim now, I was ready to try out some of the higher settings. I still started with a bit of only vibrations as warmup. Now, with just anal play, my penis usually stays soft or a semi/partial-erection. This was the case with only the vibrations, but once I switched over to the e-stim going from level 2 to level 3, I was rock hard after a couple of seconds! Almost like the increase in e-stim intensity literally turned my penis on, like electrically. Maybe something related to e-stim stimulating the muscles all around that area with electrical impulses?

Anyway, level 3 was intense but still all pleasurable, I moved the intensity up to see how much I could handle! It was now blurring the line between pleasure and overstimulation/pain but I was still enjoying it. At the higher intensity, the e-stim definitely felt more like an internal 'pulling' sensation to me. I switched the vibrations on, and while the e-stim was again obscured at the beginning of each wave of electrical pulsing, when the electrical pulses rose up to their peak I clearly felt that internal pulling stimulation coming through, then it would go back to the start of the e-stim rise. This mind-blowing combination of vibrations and e-stim rising through from the background to almost too much intensity, I finished explosively shortly after!

The e-stim felt more concentrated on the perineum than the P-spot, and afterwards my perineum area felt a bit sore but went away after a little bit - I probably need to work up more to the higher e-stim intensities! I would have preferred more focus on the P-spot, but if you really like perineum stimulation the e-stim aspect of the Elektra Luxe would be perfect.

I love that this toy was advertised for prostate/P-spot and perineum use, as oftentimes that is overlooked with rabbit style vibrators being advertised primarily for G-spot and clit use. But, like most rabbit vibrators, the Elektra Luxe could work on P-spot plus perineum OR G-spot plus clit stimulation! Perfect multi-use so my wife and I would both be able enjoy it.

Did I mention how nice and powerful the vibrations are even though the Elektra Luxe is not JUST a rabbit vibrator but also e-stim? The insertable shaft (P-spot/G-spot) portion has the strongest vibrations, with the outer arm portion (perineum/clit) portion having slightly less intense vibrations. Vibration is also felt in the handle, which is not desirable but usually unavoidable, especially with how strong the overall vibrations are! My hand holding the handle would tend to get a bit numb from the intense vibrations after a bit, a remote control would be a nice plus so I could just prop it against a pillow or something once inserted (although I can also do this once I have it on the setting I want it!). Really enjoyed the different vibration patterns as it has some nice and unique ones in addition to the standard low, medium, or high constant vibration and vibration pulses. Some of the unique ones were the vibrations switching between the shaft vibrating or the outer arm vibrating. Also had some different lower, rumbly vibration modes and some more buzzy vibration modes - which can satisfy lovers of both types of vibrations!

The e-stim function seemed to primarily be an increasing intensity of the stimulation up to the peak, release, then it increases the intensity back up. The different modes seemed to be how intense that peak stimulation is. The sensation started somewhat pulsing feeling, but became a feeling almost more like pulling from P-spot to perineum. The e-stim intensities ranged from nice and gentle to blurring the line between pain/pleasure, to the highest intensity I couldn't take yet. Should be able to find an intensity that works for whichever of these levels you desire!

When combining the higher intensity e-stim with the vibration, my orgasm was definitely explosive (in a great way)! Definitely left me laying there for a minute breathless (again in a good way) with my mind a bit blown. New kink in e-stim unlocked for me? I think so...
