The Ryder is pure perfection for me, plain and simple. The Ryder is to be used as a butt plug, so if you are into anal toys that you can thrust in and out of your ass, this one is not for you. I am not new to anal toys, but found this one just the right size for me, not too intimidating and not too small. Because of the size, I probably would not recommend this one for beginning users. The base is plenty big enough and is flared so that there is no fear of having the toy getting lost inside of you!

The Ryder is made of 100% ultra-premium silicone. This was my first purchase from Tantus, and I can definitely tell the difference in material compared to the few other silicone toys I have. When the top of the toy is pressed it is semi-plush, yet firm at the same time. For the flared base, it is very flexible, making it very comfortable for extended wear. Because the Ryder is made of silicone, it is the safest material out there and my choice of materials for toys. It is non-toxic, hypoallergenic, phthalate free, odorless, boilable, and bleachable (10% solution). You simply can't go wrong with the material and texture on this one!

I love the design of the Ryder. It is 4 1/2” long, with 3 3/4” being insertable, and 1 1/2” in diameter. The Ryder’s torpedo shape and long neck are designed to keep it exactly where it is supposed to stay. I love this aspect. I have one other butt plug, the Bootie, which although feels great, does not give me a 'full' feeling, which the Ryder makes up for. The Ryder is very comfortable, even for long-term wear.

Based on the size of the toy and the beautiful and exquisite material, I knew I found a winner in the Ryder. And boy was I right! After applying a generous amount of water-based lubrication and giving the toy an overall good coating, I found it fairly easy and comfortable to insert. I prefer to lay side-ways with my feet pressed upwards towards my stomach for anal toy insertion, as it seems to work best for me. The thing I LOVE about the Ryder is that no matter what I did (sitting, squatting, walking, etc.) the toy stays in place and there was no fear of the toy popping out. You can pretty much do anything while wearing the Ryder and it is great for long-term wear.

Being a guy, I really love anal toys that provide prostate stimulation. Sitting on a chair and leaning back and pushing upward with my hips provided enough stimulation to make me hard and even produce some hands-free cum. Sorry ladies you are missing out on this). This toy really satisfied me and I loved the pleasure it provided. I found the Ryder easy to take out and it was not a painful experience.

The Ryder is made of silicone, so care and maintenance is a breeze. You can boil it for 10 minutes or so, bleach it in a 10% bleach solution, or put it in the top rack of the dishwasher. I usually opt to clean silicone toys with warm water and soap, but every so often will boil them. That seems to get rid of any foul smells, etc. Because the Ryder is silicone based, be sure to use a water-based lubricant when using the toy as a silicone lubricant will cause damage.

I know a lot of people complain about toys collecting dust, but this is not a deal breaker for me. Yes, the Ryder collects a fair amount. EVERYTHING collects dust/lint, etc. A quick run under water and air dry works for me for this toy and pretty much any toy.

Assuming you take care of the Ryder, it should be around for the long-haul!

There’s nothing too fancy on the packaging, just a clear plastic box with another plastic case for the Ryder inside. I pretty much trashed the packaging and prefer to store the Ryder with his other friends in another box).
