The B-Bomb is a premier 'must have' for anal play beginners. It does just what it's suppose to do - teaches you how to enjoy anal play without being intimidated or over stretched.

Pros
Modestly priced, premium Tantus silicone quality and it vibrates - all in all a pretty good
Cons
Not for advanced users - doesn't want to stay put during orgasm.
The B Bomb is aimed at individuals that are either moving beyond their initial curiosity about anal stimulation - or those who simply prefer their anal toys to be on the smaller side.
From our perspective starting out with anal stimulation starts with non-penetrative play and massage. Next initial penetration with a finger - and/or finger sized toys. We have a couple of 1/2" to 5/8" plastic vibes that served that purpose nicely.
Our next step up was the 1.25" Pleasure Plug 2 (PP2) - a very nice silicone plug with a great taper to ease insertion. The downfall of the PP2 was that it didn't vibrate - and it would be difficult to get a vibe inside something that small. I'm not averse to a little DIY - but this seemed like a doomed experiment and it was time for a 'the next step'.
Since the goal was to prepare for eventual anal sex - the plan was to work up to something about 1.5" - so the B-Bomb fit in the plan. Advertised at 1.25", ours turns out to be about 1-3/8" - obviously larger than the PP2 - which really is 1.25"
I was really skeptical that the watch battery vibe that Tantus provides with their vibe would be very good - but since the B-Bomb was always envisioned to be a transition toy, I figured we could live with it.
True to our expectations - the vibe wasn't much use - not terrible, but the B-Bomb is made of a dense firm silicone and takes a lot of power to radiate much amplitude. We proved that theory by substituting the extremely strong WeVibe Salsa for the Tantus vibe. Although much stronger - the B-Bomb resisted providing the kind of powerful vibes we would have preferred.
Although advertised as a butt plug, it you are so inclined there is no reason not use it vaginally - just take the appropriate sanitary steps by; using a condom, boiling, using bleach or alcohol to sanitize.
The silicone formulation Tantus used for the B-Bomb is the firm variety with a gloss finish. Very high quality with no hint of a defect or odor. You can actually use the B-Bomb without the vibe - which makes it softer - i.e. 'more squeezable'.
The B-Bomb is very smooth and with adequate lubrication it slides in quite nicely. There is no odor - nor have we found that it picks up any odor during use.
With anal toys - smooth is a good thing for most of us - but if they are too smooth, there can be issues holding it in place - indeed we did experience some issues with retention.
The B-Bomb is one of those toys that offers very few surprises - what you see is what you get. Even though the very tip is actually smaller than our PP2, the B-Bomb flares more quickly - so you feel the stretch almost right away.
The neck is just under 1" - so it stays in place pretty well. However, depending on your level of arousal and the type of lube, there's a pretty good chance that the B-Bomb will pop out during orgasm - unless of course you or your partner are holding it in place.
The crest is about 1.5" from the starting apex and it will settle into the 1" neck with about 3.5" of the toy inside of you. This is a comfortable depth for both my wife and I.
The B-Bomb is a can't miss solution for the smart toy user. If you are not looking for a major stretch - but a nice feeling with vibes added in, you just can't go wrong. The Tantus vibe is 'commercially acceptable' but there are many other vibes out there that are stronger (like the WeVibe Salsa) that you can try out if you really want more power.
Some butt plug users like them for extended wear - we don't use them that way, but since the vibe extends from the bottom and the on/off button is on the bottom, it just doesn't look like the B-Bomb is the best choice. Go for a Pure Plug or other non-vibrating silicone plug if you want to wear them while sitting.
One of our major plans for the B-Bomb was to have a dual-penetration experience. I'd have to say we had partial success. When we tried in the missionary position - the B-Bomb popped out as she approached orgasm. Like many women part of an orgasm involves bearing down - and the B-Bomb 3/8" delta between the crest and neck are not enough to ensure it will stay.
However - when we tried again in the dogie position I was able to hold it place nicely and it worked great for both of us. The only caveat here is that since both the Tantus and WeVibe Salsa have their power buttons on the bottom - I would accidentally turn them off - or in the case of the Salsa - changed setting at in-opportune times. With a little practice those glitches were overcome.
Both vibes make detectable sounds - but not objectionably loud. My wife has little tolerance for loud toys and this one didn't phase her at all.
From a p-spot perspective the B-Bomb performs pretty well. Although we bought this for my wife, I have tried it and like it. However my butt plug is 1.5" and has much stronger vibes - so I don't use the B-Bomb often.
As always with silicone toys you must avoid silicone lubes - but as always when partaking in anal play, lube is required. So get your favorite water-based product out and be prepared to reapply as necessary.
After play we use hot soapy water - but because this is an anal toy I add the step of an alcohol wipe after washing.
We don't keep original packaging for storage - but it's best practice to prevent silicone toys from touching when not in use.
I usually like to put a fair amount of commentary here - but with the B-Bomb there's not so much to say. As a stepping stone to prepare for anal sex, the B-Bomb was 100% successful - the same for the plan to use it for double penetration - so it's all good.
Our future use of the B-Bomb will likely be limited because it of its tendency to pop out at exactly the wrong time - but for such a modest price, this is an easy investment to make.

The Tantus B-bomb silicone butt plug is a high quality product. The taper and modest size make it good gateway toy for larger toys that we'll use later in the evening. The best way to improve this product would be to include a better vibe - like the WeVibe Salsa. In other words if you already have a good strong bullet vibe - you can integrate it with the B-bomb and improve the experience.

Quick update - the B-Bomb is getting more use than ever. It's the perfect toy for getting my wife ready for anal sex - something that is now relatively routine thanks to the B-Bomb making her more comfortable with anal penetration.
