The Plug of Lust large(PLL), a silicone butt plug made by Orion, is a great little plug at a very nice price considering the material that it’s made of. Although it’s not really that big, with a 3 inch insertable length and a 1.5 inch diameter, this little plug is sure to find a place in your toy collection.

Marketed as a large plug, the PLL is actually about a medium size compared to most other plugs, which makes it good for users with a little more experience. However, it is probably a little big for users that are just beginning. Best suited for solo and partner play or even to wear around the house, the PLL is a good plug for staying put once inserted and coming out only when it's pulled out by the attached silicone ring at the base. Great for solo masturbation or to enhance partner play, the PLL is sure to give you that added sensation to make your play sessions all the more enjoyable.

Made 100% out of silicone, the Plug of Lust large rates a 10 on the Eden safety scale. It is latex and phthalate free as well as being hypo-allergenic and non-porous. Since it is made of silicone, the PLL doesn’t have a strong smell once washed. Once cleaned after use, it does not retain any smells.
One of the only issues that I did have with the PLL is that because it was made of silicone, I had assumed that the plug would not be hard and would have a little bit of softness to it like other silicone toys that I have. Instead the PLL is made of a harder silicone. Although, it is still very comfortable to use and wear for extended periods of time, it is still a material more suited to experienced users.

Designed like most plugs with a few small exceptions, the Plug of Lust large has a more rounded tip to make sliding it in easier. The tip is followed by the bulbous part measuring in at 1.5 inches in diameter before tapering off to the thin neck, which measures ¾ of an inch with a total insertable length of 3 inches. This leaves 1 ¾ inches for the round base and pull ring, making this “Large” plug measure in at only 4 and ¾ inches in total length.

Even though this plug may be a little small for those looking for a large plug, the PLL is a good fit for the average user. Its design allows for comfort during use even with extended wear. If you are bringing it traveling, there is no mistaking what this toy is for, so you may want to leave it home or hide it well.

Overall, I would say that I am very pleased with the design and features of this plug with only a couple of exceptions. The silicone of the plug is a bit hard, which makes it a little difficult to insert without a lot of lube or warming up with a smaller toy. The pull ring at the base is made of a stretchy silicone and seems a bit thin, but it has stood up to a lot of tugging so far without any trouble.

Besides a couple of small issues with this toy, the PLL performed very well in what it was designed to do. It stayed in place once inserted and didn’t come rocketing out of my ass at the slightest movement like I have experienced with other plugs. The pull ring, which is also made of silicone, seems a bit too thin for pulling use, but so far it has held up very well to all the tugging and pulling on it. I would have to say that, although this is not the softest plug that I own, this is by far my favorite plug so far.

Being silicone, this toy is very easy to care for and use. One major note on this toy is that because the material is silicone do not use a silicone lube. Use only water based or compatible lubes. Cleaning your PLL is even easier. After use, the PLL may be cleaned by throwing it in the top rack of your dishwasher or by boiling it for 3 minutes. A suitable toy cleaner may also be used or a 10% bleach solution to make sure it’s disinfected.

For storage, the packaging that the PLL comes in may be used as a handy storage container, or it may be placed in a cloth or plastic storage bag. The only issue with storage is that care should be taken to make sure that the PLL does not come into contact with other silicone toys.
