From what I can tell, you insert this into your pussy and turn the handle to rotate it. That is about the only use my wife and I found for this. After all it is our first juicer, so maybe there is other uses we have not yet discovered. I guess one could use this for thrusting, but I would not recommend it. There is a mixture of texture on this dildo. The head has a lemon juicer type of texture. The shaft has a spiral texture. And the base has some dots around the outside. It is a very interesting design as far as the textures go.

This has a interesting shape to it. As you can see from the product picture, there is a head, shaft, and base; all connected to a handle. Overall length of the toy is 6 inches long. So lets break this down into the three main parts.

First off the head. It is 1 1/2 inches long and about 1 3/8 inches wide. There is a slight point on the tip. It is not sharp, but it does come to a point. You can just see the lines on the head in the product picture, they run from the tip to the base of the head. They divide the head into 6 wedges.
