A very basic anal "plug". Perfectly suited for the curious but inexperienced anal explorer. When I first became interested in anal play I bought the Slim to test the water. The Slim is pointed and, well, slim, and inserts VERY easily. Unfortunately this also means it comes out very easily. I wanted to use this plug during intercourse but any position but on my back allowed the Slim to slide right out and even on my back I had to be very still.

I have found another use for the Slim that it is perfectly suited for. At the beginning of solo or partner play I apply a generous amount of lube to the Slim and either insert it myself or have my partner insert it. If I squeeze my rectal muscles around the Slim it helps me relax and also helps distribute lube. Plus, it just feels good without being immediately intrusive.

I was also able to easily introduce my reluctant partner to anal play. This Slim is more slender and tapered than even a finger so it is a perfect plug for easily showing a partner what they might be missing. Once she had felt an orgasm with the Slim inserted she immediately went to the internet and began looking for something a little larger.

The Slim is made of silicone and is virtually odor free. It cleans very easily with soap and water, in the dishwasher, or it may be boiled. The texture is smooth and seamless. I use a water-based lubricant with this plug and it inserts effortlessly. There is no friction if you're into that aspect of anal play but given the size of this plug I doubt an advanced user would have any use for it in the first place.

The Slim is pointed and, well, slim, and inserts VERY easily. The girth of the "plug" is very narrow as well and it is very unlikely that it would stay inserted without being held in. In fact, I hesitate to call the Slim a plug at all. The base is very comfortable between the cheeks and is more than enough to keep the Slim from slipping in.

The size is great for a warmup before other plugs or for gentle thrusting sessions with an inexperienced partner.

The Slim doesn't perform very well as a plug at all as it will not stay inserted without assistance but it is perfect as a first step for a beginner or as a warmup before more challenging plugs or dildos.

The Slim does not make contact with the prostate or give a full feeling, but then again it doesn't claim to. I enjoy the sensation of squeezing my rectal muscles around the Slim during orgasm and my partner has reported the same enjoyment, but in the end (pun obviously intended) we both prefer plugs with more substance and that are easier held in place.

The effortless cleaning of the material and the obvious quality of this and all other Tantus products is a huge plus.

VERY easy to care for. Easy to clean. No special storage requirements. Can be used with oil or water-based lubes.

This was the first anal toy that I purchased and is still the one that gets used most often. Now that I have more experience the Slim would not be satisfying on its own but it does play an important part in my time with my partner and during my solo excursions.
