The Unisex Douche is one of the more practical items out there that is used for cleaning out your anus and vagina. Simply fill the bag with fluid and attach the hose, mount the bag on the provided suction cup, (making sure it is high enough so the fluid flows properly), and twist the flow valve to start. This toy is best suited for someone who enjoys very clean anal, or just likes enemas. Being a unisex douche, this works well for both females and males. As a side note, beware of the vaginal attachment, it is a bit pointy. The anal attachment is very nice and smooth though, so no worries there.

The material did have a strong chemical smell to it, which is to be expected from a plastic product like this. The feel of the actual probe parts are actually quite smooth, so with a bit of lube, they slip in just fine. The bag and clear tube that runs from the bag are made of a flexible plastic. The nozzle parts and flow valve are made from a hard plastic, so there is no flexibility there. This product was designed for a more practical use for cleanliness, the "full" feeling, and a more broader approach into anal. Definitely a toy for the beginner to intermediate level.

I liked the design because it has a medical feel to it and it has a practical use. Overall, it's straight forward in its simplicity. You have a bag filled with liquid, you set it high up and twist the flow valve to control the liquid's flow. The bag itself holds about the right amount of liquid, and has an open top to allow more liquid to be added in if the current amount it holds is not enough. The tube is 4ft long, the attachments are about 2.5in long, and the bag itself is 10in. The bag itself holds about 2 liters of fluid with the option to add more on the fly. Overall with the flexibility and accommodations this has, it is a very good douche for anyone.

This toy performed well. It is a great item to begin with if you are getting into anal. The suction cup is strong and won't fall off once mounted, the nozzles slide in easily, the flow control valve is nice, and the bag can carry a fairly good amount of liquid. If there was one complaint I had about this, is that the nozzles are a bit too small for allowing liquid to flow through them. A couple more attachments with bigger holes in them would have been nice.

Clean everything after each use! Clean the tube, the nozzles, and the bag. Use antibacterial soap and hot water, making sure to flush the tube out well. Being plastic, this is compatible with oil, water, and silicone based lubes. Storage is a bit difficult due to the individual pieces.
