How cute is this little guy? I recommend this to anyone just starting out with anal play. It's small, cute and certainly isn't intimidating! Does it look realistic? It sure does! Is it life size? No, it's not! That works to this toy's advantage. The Anal Starter is 6 1/4" inches long, with an insertable length of 4 1/2". The diameter is 1" at the widest point. This toy is O-ring compatible, so it could be used with a harness.





Although you could use it vaginally if you would like to, I'm not sure it would do anything for you. It does the job it was designed to do: it gives you a gentle start to anal play. The toy has a nice shine and the swirly appearance is very appealing. It is a very flexible toy and easily folds in half. There is gentle taper to the tip of the toy, making insertion easy and gentle. The base isn't terribly large, but it's certainly large enough to ensure that this toy isn't going anywhere you don't want it to go. It is flexible enough to be comfortably worn while having sex in a variety of positions. While it's true that this is a toy that you may quickly "outgrow", it has a valuable place in the toy box of anyone who is new to anal play or returning to anal play after a long absence. It is a simple toy with a simple purpose.









The Anal Starter is made of PVC, so it is a porous toy. You cannot boil this toy to sterilize it, and will need to cover it with a condom to ensure it doesn't collect bacteria if you intend to share it. As a PVC (Jelly) toy, you can never really get it bacteria free. Many people choose to cover it with a condom with each use to limit the bacteria exposure to the toy. Please wash this toy with warm water and a mild antibacterial soap. You could use any water or silicone based lubes with this toy. It does have an odor, which doesn't seem to be fading with time.

This is a great toy in design and function. It is unfortunate that it is made of PVC.

Although there isn't anything really wrong with this little guy, I've moved away from using toys made of this material. It held up well to washing, and had no issues, but I prefer a silicone toy that can be sterilized.
