Why Yes, The Carpet *Does* Match The Drapes... Kinda...
This kit for dyeing your pubes hot pink has a lot of potential. The bleach does work well and will lighten your pubes to a level that should accept most dyes and give you nice vibrant results. However the dye included in this kit leaves you with more of a subtle, pastel color.

Pros
Bleach did work and lighten up pubes.
Cons
One time use for lightening, color isn't very vibrant.
The ability to change the color of your pubic hair has been something that's intrigued many people over the years, and the people over at Burning Angel have tried to give you a kit that would let you do that.
The box it comes in is in no way, shape, or form discreet. At all. A picture of Joanna Angel in the same "seductively pulling down panties" pose makes an appearance on 3 sides of the box, and on the back you get the usual "buy me" paragraph with all the reasons that it's supposed to be awesome, along with telling you that it comes with the dye, the bleach powder, and the activator packet. It also gives you the ingredients for all three.
The dye contains water, cetyl alcohol, ceteareth-20, ethoxydiglycol, propylene glycol, benzyl alcohol, quaternium-80, oleth-5 phosphate, dioleyl phosphate, citric acid, tetrasodium edta, fragrance, methylparaben, propylparaben, acid red 5. The dye comes in a 2.8 ounce bottle and has a screw off nozzle. If you cut the tip off the nozzle, you can squeeze the dye out that way, however I'd suggest you not do that so that you can store the dye you don't use. This dye is semi-permanent and should last between 1-3 weeks
The bleach packet (This) contains potassium persulfate, sodium metasilicate, ammonium persulfate, sodium persulfate, sodium stearate, hydrated silica, mineral oil, cyamopsis tetragonoloba (guar) gum, magnesium carbonate, tetrasodium edta, sodium lauryl sulfate, fragrance.
The activator packet (That) contains water, hydrogen peroxide, cetearyl alcohol, ceteareth-20, c12-15 alkyl benzoate, and phosphoric acid. Both the bleach and the activator have pretty standard ingredients for a bleaching kit, and are in pouches that are supposed to tear open, although you might have to use scissors.
When you get into the box, you get a plastic tray that holds everything, and is used for mixing the bleach mixture together. Inside the tray you have your packet of This (bleach powder) attached to a packet of That (activator cream), a mixing stick that doubles as your applicator, a pair of gloves, and instructions.
According to the instructions, you should put on your gloves first. The gloves are cheap, but sturdy. They won't fit you very well, but are nicer than some of the gloves included in other box dyes and will fit a wide variety of hand sizes. Pour This into the plastic tray, add That, and stir the two together until you get a smooth, creamy consistency with no lumps. This will probably take you a few minutes, and in that time you'll start to notice the smell. No worse than any other at home bleaching kit, but you should still open a window if you can. At this point you should do a patch test, where you apply a small amount of the bleach mixture to the area on the inside of your elbow, wait 20 minutes, and then rise off. If after repeating this with the dye you have no discomfort or irritation, you can proceed with dyeing your pubes. If you have a lot of experience with home dyes you'll probably be fine skipping this, but if you have any kind of sensitive skin, you should definitely make sure you do this patch test.
When you're ready to start bleaching, use the little applicator stick to carefully apply the bleach to the area you'll be coloring. The instructions warn to avoid mucous membranes, so ladies, only dye the mons. Don't try to get your lips too. Guys, you should be fine, but you might also want to stick to just the area above the penis for you. Leave it on for 20 minutes. During this time it will appear to foam up and dry out, but don't worry, it's still working. After rinsing thoroughly, you can begin dyeing. You won't need much dye, so go ahead and squeeze out about a fingertip full. Apply to the area you've bleached, wait 20-30 minutes, and rinse.
This kit promises luxurious hot pink pubes, and it sort of delivers. The bleach does lighten the pubic hair on natural brunettes and even on natural redheads without turning orange or doing a half-assed job. The dye looks promising while it's on, but when you rinse away the excess the results are less than spectacular, leaving you with more of a pastel pink than a hot pink. The hair is definitely pink when looked at closely, however from a little farther away it looks more like a strawberry blonde.

Experience
There are sooo many things I want to like about this product, but we just keep getting off on the wrong foot. The first box I got was a little damp, and upon opening it, I discovered that the activator packet had exploded, making the bleaching portion pretty much useless. No big deal, things happen, another one was sent to me. This one was also exploded, however less so. There was still enough of the activator cream left to be used. So I called up my best friend, and we got this one use only kit ready to go. Even with the little bit of activator that was left, I was able to make enough bleach solution to cover two mons areas, as well as a chunk of my friend's hair. She's a natural redhead, so we weren't sure what the bleach would do to the natural red hair, but on her pubes she got a lovely blonde, suitable for dyeing. The bleach didn't seem to affect the hair on her head at all.
After being fairly impressed with the results of the bleach, we got very excited for the possible results of the pink dye; giddily staring at our own crotches waiting for the time to pass. After rinsing, we were less than enthused. No hot pink crotches for us, instead we were left with something off of an Easter palette. (She's going to be asking her boyfriend if he wants to go hunting for Easter eggs). Even though the bleach hadn't managed to lighten her hair (even though it had her pubes), we tried the pink on it anyway. On her roots, which are her natural color, there was some pink that took, but not much. If you look closely, you can see a pinkish hue when compared to the rest of her hair. Another unfortunate side effect of this dye is that it seems to have a tendency to rub off, turning a pair of otherwise white underwear a lovely shade of light pink in the crotch area.
Quite honestly, if you're going to try and dye your pubes, you're better off going to a beauty supply store and getting your own bleaching kit, and then buying a dye you know works well for hair. This kit could have been all kinds of awesome, and as much as I want to like it, it's only real redeeming quality is that the bleach worked.
