Ultimately, this game appeals to almost every audience! There are situations for couples only, situations for play parties, situations for drinking parties, etc. For couples, the objective is to get your juices flowing with new and fun forms of foreplay to make the ending orgasms more intense and more explosive. The instructions are simple.
1. Choose a card- there are four different cards with two games each- one game on each side for a total of 8 game different game options.
2. Place it on the game wheel- there are two pegs on the game wheel and two corresponding holes on each card to hold them in place on the game wheel.
3. Press the little silver button on the side of the game wheel- it is surprisingly a tad bit too loud for my liking. It almost has the sound of a small blender or hand held vacuum. Let the wheel spin until the arrow stops on a task.
4. Perform the task on your partner.

There is really no time limit on performing these tasks either so you have a little bit of flexibility based on what you are wanting out of that particular night. You can limit the tasks to a minute or two prolonging the night and using the game as a form of foreplay, or you can use one task to take your partner all the way for a quickie!

You are getting one game wheel and 4 game cards. Each game card has one game on each side for a total of 8 different game options. The wheel is made out of sturdy plastic. It is pretty small for easy storage in a night stand or toy box. The wheel is only about the size of your typical compact disk. You will need two AA batteries (not included) in order to make the spinner work. I suppose you could make it spin manually, but it would not work as well and wouldn't be as much fun. The cards themselves are a little bit flimsy. They are glossy so it would be difficult to tear them, but they are pretty easily bent. Each card has 12 different tasks listed on it.
Below is a brief description of each of the 8 games you are getting with the Wheel of Desire:

1. The Wheel of Vibrations: This one is exactly what it sounds like. If you are not into using sex toys like my hubby and I, this one will not be that much fun for you. Tasks on this game card include things like titty bang me with a vibrator, shower play with a water proof vibrater, and others.
2. To Drink or Not to Drink: This is where this game would be great for a play party, college party, or bachelorette/bachelor parties. A very fun way to take shots! Some of the tasks include things like last person to raise their hand drinks, girls drink, the person to your right drink, and many more. This game is more fun with a mix of men and women.
3. Jugs of Fun: Another game that is exactly what it sounds like. This is my husband's favorite game. That's right, the game that focuses on nothing but the boobs! Items on this card include scenarios like lick something sweet off my boobs and nibble around my nipples.
4. Romantic Gestures: For those who are looking for a little more romance and passion in your bedroom play time, you will enjoy this game card. Things on this card include very mild things you could do with your partner that may ultimately lead to sex (because men, you know most ladies have to feel it in the heart before they want to feel it in the sack). Options on this game wheel include things like dry hump for 30 seconds, ask them a sexual questions, and give them a lap dance, among others.
8. Make your Own: This is a favorite for both me an my hubby because it is just a blank wheel that you and your partner get to fill in. These do have a glossy finish so you will need a permanent marker to fill in the 12 spaces on this card with your own desires. My husband and I had a lot of fun filling in this card together. We kinda chose to take one or two of our favorites from each card along with other personal favorites like 69, sexual positions, full body massage, etc. Filling this in was like foreplay within itself before we ever even got a chance to play it.
