Greek Peckers, Cheesy Peckers and Italian Peckers, we got 'em all! Perfectly chewy and succulent, tangy, cheesy or spicy, you will be dining on these at your next girly get together or bachelorette party.
My friends love to have toy parties, bachelorette parties and girls-only birthday parties, so we have tasted more of these little peckers than any woman should, and they were delicious every time! Pecker salads are not an option, but how you fix them are.
The box is pretty obvious, but does contain directions on how to cook the noodles. Make sure your water is at a full boil, add a bit of salt and a teaspoon of olive oil. Pour in the noodles and cook just until soft and al dente. Do not overcook or they will lose their shape and get mushy.
I have made a few different dishes for the parties, I am the official pecker salad queen. Some of my ideas are as follows:
1. Cheesy Peckers: Make a light cheese sauce using cheddar, mozzarella and cream cheese by bringing a cup of half and half to a simmer, add 1 tablespoon butter, a dash of pepper and some Alpine Touch seasoning, to taste. Add the cheese and melt over low heat. You add milk until the right consistency is reached then pour over cooked noodles and lightly stir until well mixed.
2. Greek Pecker Salad: Cook noodles. In a bowl, mix 1 container halved cherry tomatoes, kalamata olive halves, 1 container feta cheese, 3 chopped scallions. Toss with noodles. Dressing: 1/8 cup water, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar and dash of greek seasoning. Mix well and toss with noodle mixture.
3. Italian Peckers: Cook noodles. 1 Jar spaghetti sauce, 1/4 cup each, all chopped; onions, green peppers, pepperoni, black olives. Mix everything very well. Cover with grated cheddar and parmesan cheeses and bake until cheese is bubbly.
I serve these in a penis shaped cake pan and the clean up is remarkably easy. Throw the pan in the dishwasher!
Enjoy your pastas and become the new pecker queen at all your potluck parties.

My friends and I have loved these noodles for about the last ten years! The noodle dishes you regularly make can be substituted with mini peckers for the parties. Have fun and enjoy your creations!!
