NO! DON'T PUT IT BACK ON!
A great group game, if you have some friends you don't mind seeing naked. If that's not your thing, Take it Off can also be played with a partner without altering the game play. Overall, it's a pretty fun and inexpensive game.

Pros
fun, inexpensive, playable with 2+ players
Cons
box is difficult, instructions may be hard to understand
I always tease my boyfriend about turning games we play into a stripping version. Buying a game meant for stripping sounded like a logical choice for a new card game.
Take it Off is a rummy style card game. Basically, each person playing is dealt 7 cards, then each person must pick up enough cards to total 8 in hand per turn, then decide what to play or discard. The cards include: Reversal of Fortune, Strip a Card, Dare, Wild, Getting Cold, Strip Tease, and the boy and girl outfits. Each of these are made up of a shirt, underwear, jeans/a skirt, socks/hosiery, and shoes. A full outfit of girl's or boy's clothes being laid down means other players have to take off one item of clothing each. A Reversal of Fortune card means that that player does not need to take an item off, however the person who laid the outfit down must take one off instead. Strip a card means that the person who laid the card down gets to pick a card from someone else's hand. The Dare card has dares listed, including "Do your best strip tease" and "Kiss the player to your left or right." There is also an option to create your own dare. If the specified player does not do the dare, they must remove one item of clothing. The Wild card can replace any card in your outfit. Getting Cold means the player laying the card down can put one item of clothing back on. As for the outfits, players must lay down a full outfit of either boy's or girl's. These cannot be mixed together, like boy's shirt and shoes, and girl's bra/panties, skirt, and hosiery.
The game cards are all high quality playing cards. They come packaged in a cardboard game box with the instructions printed on the sides of the box, as well as on some cards describing each playing card. The box is about 5 inches by 6 inches and 2 inches high. It has little pictures of the clothing cards all over the front and the words "Take it Off" in big letters. This could be pretty discreet in a pile of board and card games, unless someone looks at the front of the box. The title pretty much gives away what the game is about.
I found the box pretty difficult to open. It has little notches in the bottom to pull the bottom of the box out of the cover, but it doesn't actually come out easily. It just slips out of my fingers. I have to pretty much wiggle the sides of the box up and down to get it to come out. Then all of the cards fall all over the place.
EdenFantasys lists that the game is for group play, however, I don't like the idea of inviting my friends over to see them naked. I just play it with my boyfriend. It's probably not as fun as playing with a group would be, what with all the dares and stuff, but it is still good. Game play is pretty much the same, and if the person you play with doesn't have a good poker face, like my boyfriend, you can win without taking too many articles of clothing off. It's pretty easy to get a hang of playing once you've done a few turns.
I'd have to say, I'm pretty proud of getting to literally beat the pants off my boyfriend in a card game.

Follow-up commentary
3 months after original review
I don't think I care much for this game any more. The only person I would ever think of playing this with is my boyfriend, and playing this just to get him naked is a lot of work. I'd rather just skip the game and get to the removal of clothing.
