I bought this planning to use it for some fun, but I sadly did not because at the time my in-laws came to stay with me and my boyfriend. So I definitely recommend exploring it when you're alone in the house, because it makes a bit of a mess.

Another reason that we didn't use this was the taste test before hand. I hoped it would be a nice, sweet treat but it just did not taste like I had hoped it would.

Body Paint:
This was a thick, white goo. It thinned out if it was at room temp, but if it was refrigerated as it was supposed to be, then it wound up being thicker.

Honey Dust:
It was what you would expect from the name. Color-wise, it was a pinkish white powder. It left a light film on the skin. If blown on, it will make a powdery cloud.


Body Softener:
It was very thick, like a body butter, which is essentially what it is, and it felt nice on the skin. It leaves a nice strawberry scent on the skin after use.

Body Paint:
It was overly sweet, but really didn't taste like anything but a sweet goo.

Honey Dust:
This really did not have a taste, or at least did not taste anything like strawberry. I was more like chalk or corn starch, which is one of the main ingredients.


Body Softener:
Despite the sweet smell, it was bitter and not something you would want to eat.

The scent of the body softener was very short-lived and did not last long. The honey dust left a chalky feel on your skin that needed to be washed off.

For us, this product lasted long after we planned to have it, but only because we forgot about it. When we thought about again, we had had it for about a mouth and so at that time I just tossed it. With this edible stuff that had been opened, I did not trust it. I do have to say the in-laws did not think anything of the heart shaped box in the fridge.

I love the packing, and to some extent, it what got me to buy it in the first place. I like that it's a fun kit in heart shaped box. It came with a glass jar for the body paint and a straw paint brush. The skin softener was in a small plastic jar. The honey dust came in a hot pink satin bag with a plastic bag to hold the powder. Do not take the powder and just put it in the satin bag an less you want a big mess. Over all I enjoyed the packaging (and so did my in-laws!).

This did come with a feather ticker, but I use that as a dog toy because feather tickers do nothing for my partner or myself. But my dog seams to like it just fine, if you're looking for a creative use.

I hope that this tastes better in other flavors. I may try this again some other time and maybe it will be better.
