Hands-on body twist her review
...it is hardly worth going through the effort to get elaborate instructions for doing what comes naturally. The game contains no particularly interesting suggestions, and having someone's elbow on your inner thigh is hardly the most pleasant experience anyway.
Published:
Hands-On Body Twist-Her is a cute concept, but in execution is rather lacking in real appeal. It would be most effective as a gag gift at a bachelorette party, as long as the giver was not too picky about the future opinion the bride-to-be would have of her. The set claims to be a party game, but a test made in such an atmosphere resulted in a lot of nervous giggles that eventually led to even more cracking up, a lot of blushing, and some halfhearted poking at the game pieces that culminated in no one really wanting to try it. Unless you start out with easily suggestible (or easily inebriated) friends, or already hang around exclusively with adventurous, eagerly experimental swingers, I predict the same rather awkward results for both. A good laugh at the lunch table the next day, but not any particular entertainment for the time being.
The game is better suited for couple play. In a particularly goofy mood, the whole concept may be silly, but it works. The "twisted fun" promised on the box will, in fact, ensue. However, it is hardly worth going through the effort to get elaborate instructions for doing what comes naturally. The game contains no particularly interesting suggestions, and having someone's elbow on your inner thigh is hardly the most pleasant experience anyway. Aside from that, the concept is hardly novel. There are plenty of older, less elaborate games with essentially the same culmination. A pair of dice with a body part on one and instructions on the other come to mind.
Where Hands-On Body Twist-Her is concerned, pull it out to embarrass your closest friends, amuse (or annoy) compatriots with a gag gift, or play with a partner if the mood suits. Otherwise, it is a bad pun worth a moment's amusement and months, if not years, gathering dust on a closet shelf.
