Adorably Adequate
If you're looking for a cute and quirky addition to bath time, look no further! While nothing overly exceptional, this little duck sponge is certainly still adorable and functions quite well as a sponge for cleaning yourself off.

Pros
Fun, adorable, easy to use, very discreet
Cons
Pricey from here
So... what is this exactly?
It's an adorable duck shaped sponge! You can use it in pretty much any instance you would be reaching for a sponge, although I would lean more towards using it to clean yourself rather than the dishes or the bathtub.
Ok, so, tell me a little more about it. What does it feel like? How does it work? Give me details!
It feels like, well, your basic novelty sponge. Around all of the edges you'll find a little bit of fraying, so as it gets more and more use the edges are where you'll really start to see it the most. When you go to squeeze it in your hand it has some nice density to it. It definitely feels more like a bath sponge than a dish sponge, at least to me.
It's going to hold onto your soaps and body washes at least as well as a loofah would. If you're using something with more of an exfoliating factor to it, you may prefer this to a loofah because the scrubby bits will be more at the surface and not lost inside the mesh. That being said, you may prefer a loofah for something that's just sudsy because the suds will more evenly distribute with all the openness versus the sponge where they're more likely to stay where you put them. That being said, the body washes I used with this worked just fine for me. More suds than using just my hands, less than using the loofah.
It held about as much water as one might expect it to; nothing overwhelming that you'd want to write home about, but I didn't feel like it could have held more either.
Neat! Is it silly to ask about cleaning it?
Not at all! Some folks may take the approach of "well I just used it with soap so it's clean!" Even though you're using it with soap, you'll still want to make sure that you rinse all that soap out thoroughly (because the dirt you remove from your skin will stay in there with it if you don't) and let it dry out completely (because if it holds water it can start to grow mold and be generally smelly). If you're using it for bath time, replace it as often as you would replace your loofah. For most people, keeping the loofah/sponge on the same cycle as the toothbrush for replacement seems to work.
Awesome! Now tell me what you really think about it.
I think it's cute and adorable and if I saw it at the dollar store or somewhere for a buck or two I'd definitely get more of them. They're cute for kids or if you just want to have some good lighthearted fun with yourself or a significant other. That being said, for the full price here I'm not as sold, but I'm still glad I picked it up to give it a shot.
