I noticed this year that my father and husband did not have stockings, and I searched at our local Christmas Gift Shop for suitable and masculine stockings... But the results I found were that there were none! Every stocking was just too girly, and I was at a loss. I got on EF and I was so excited to have found this stocking! Although it's meant to be sexy, it really isn't (as long as you remove the tag, in which says the name of the stocking... which sounds a little promiscuous!).

I got some glittery hot glue and wrote "Dad" on one stocking, and my husband's name on the other. The looked great hanging over the fireplace with all the other stockings! I was finally able to fill a stocking for my father and husband... it really made Christmas all the more fun!

The material is surprisingly sturdy, and I can tell you right off the bat that you wont have to worry about this stocking breaking for at least 10 years. That is, unless you have a dog who eats stockings, or you add unusual wear and tear to it. Otherwise, this stocking can easily hold heavy gifts if it is securely attached onto a wall/fireplace/etc.

In my husband's stocking was a brand new watch, an elective shaver, in which are both very heavy. In my father's was a bottle of wine. So if you can imagine that, you know this stocking is high quality! I'm only wishing I got myself the female stocking! It's so cute!

It really does look like a boot, and if there were two of them laying around I would have thought they were some sort of slippers! The material (sorry I don't know what it is) is VERY sturdy. I can't say that enough. I expected these to be very cheap and trashy... but I took my chances and I'm glad I did!

I love how this stocking really did look like a boot! It made Christmas all the more amazing to have the men in our family have stockings too... especially ones that were NOT feminine! It is sturdy, looks great hanging in the house, and wasn't at all expensive!
