It has been fun to watch porn with my partner but it is sometimes hard to pick stuff that will turn both her and I on. When she got excited about this Pirate parody porn, I did too. I had seen parts of it years before when it first came out and had gotten turned on, so I figured it would be worth reviewing and watching with her.

Story---

The story is somewhat like the original Pirates with Johnny but they changed the names of the people, islands, and ships, probably due to copyright issues. It is different enough that you still don't know what is going to happen though. There was a lot of talking, a little too much for a porn, but the humor made up for it. Some of the characters were pretty funny. I was probably laughing more than I was hard. It was basically everything you wanted from the original Pirates of the Caribbean to be but with swearing and boobies plus sex. Unfortunately for the women...Mr.Depp does not make an appearance.

Cast---

This was kind of interesting. It was like a real film for most of the characters but then they took out the leads and added porn stars. A lot of the actors seemed like 'real' actors not porn stars. But the chemistry together was fairly good. I didn't know any of the 'big' names of Jesse Jane, Carmen Luvana, Janine, Teagan Presley, Devon, Austyn Moore, or Jenaveve Jolie. My girlfriend knew Jesse Jane and was excited to see her in her very first girl on girl scene. She liked Janine more though. I liked Carmen's look the best but didn't like her sex scenes that much. As a guy, the guys weren't that bad either. With the exception of the one dude with a wicked curve, they were unmemorable and unnoticeable. For my partner, she liked one in particular. So I guess there is something for both sexes.

Acting---

The acting was pretty good for porn stars. I was impressed actually. Some people were better than others, but it was good overall. The guys were better at acting than the girls. It didn't take away from the porn or movie though.

Production quality---

This is shot in HD. It wasn't only my first porn on Blue Ray disc, but it was my first movie ever. Other than some of the scenes being low on light, the movie was very clear, edited well, and looked great. The special effects weren't even that bad.

Music---

The music in the background went with the story, but wasn't distracting. Sometimes porn music makes me want to mute it but not this one.

Eroticism/scenes---

It was pretty hot! The girl on girl scenes were the best. It would have been cool if there was some strap on play, but that would have been weird for the time frame of pirate. There was some candle in the vag and ass play though. I guess that gives it cum points.

Some of the turn off stuff was the way that one of the girls gave oral. She was bending the guys penis. There was also a lot of spitting between the girls. I didn't like this either.

It was fun to watch with my partner. There was only one scene that turned her off (the guy was a bit of an ass). We said we wouldn't finish til the end. We played solo while watching and then when we figured it was the end, I finished and then watched her finish to the aftermath of my pleasure.

Overall this was pretty good. I'd give it 4 stars. It even has bloopers and tons of extra features. We are actually planning on getting the second one.

I don't think this is a porn I will get sick of quickly. It's a porn that can be put on in the background of poker games with my partner or even with our guy friends. Because of the humor, it really is a great thing to poke fun at and shoot the shit with. I hope they keep making these. As far as I know, there are two and I'm still trying to get the second one. Hopefully they make a third. It would be awesome if the company did parodies of other big budget films as well. I bet I could come up with a long list of possible ideas! I never had a physical film collection of any kind (regular DVDs either), but this is one I plan on keeping until the next technological advancement comes along and makes me buy something new to replace the Blu-ray.
