Cybersex Reimagined
In summary, I'd say this DVD is very much worth the price. You get a good erotic story to watch, which is especially promising for couples and foreplay. I could imagine nothing more fun than watching this film with my lover, and sharing teasing caresses with one another as we did.

Cons
*Some scenes have bad lighting, due to the nature of the film.
The Packaging
The case is a bit wider than your normal DVD, having 2 discs. On the cover is a list of all the award nominations, as well as four of the main actresses that take part in this picture. Right from the start it looks promising, with each of the lovely ladies wearing futuristic outfits of silvery material, that offer tantalizing glimpses of flesh, without exposing any of the naughty bits.
On the back of the case we find a lot more information, including more pictures, these taken directly from scenes in the movie. The back also includes a paragraph detailing the storyline of the movie, giving you some insight into what this so-called Sex Odyssey might entail.
The menus on both DVDs are futuristic in design, and it fits in nicely with the setting as a whole.
The Main Attraction
The film comes across as a normal movie. There is a decent story, music, and lighting. Of course, there is some decent hardcore sex thrown in as well, mustn't forget that!
The main actors in the film are Nicole Sheridan, Syren, Ava Vincent, Kiki Daire, and Voodoo.
Lights, Camera, Action!
Being a cinematic flick, there is dialog here. While some parts of it can be a little silly, for the most part the story comes out in a timely fashion, and there is little in the way of overacting. The most noticeable part of the dialog that struck me as a little overdone was in the second scene with a pseudo-domination thing taking place. A few words were stumbled over, giving the impression of a virgin to the domination scene, even though up to that point the actor had played a seemingly experienced submissive.
The lighting can be good or bad, depending on your personal tastes. In some cases it is too dark to make out a detail, such as a girl licking the boot of her Mistress. But on the other hand, the scene was taking place in a club, and the lighting did make the entire thing more atmospheric.
The music in the scenes is nothing like the tacky music I've always associated with porn in the past. It is rather compelling, and helps to build the scene, adding in elements of suspense and even a bit of danger in the way it sounds. I found myself humming along to it a bit, as my eyes remained riveted to the action.
Humorous Moments
Not normally something you would expect with a porngraphic film, yet these moments had me chuckling a few times throughout the picture.
In one instance, a computer Artificial Intelligence is listing information about a "perp" for Zeta, our lovely police officer, and mentions the girl as being "Very Attractive". Which was good for a laugh, to me.
Throughout the rest of the flick, other little tidbits came up here and there as well. What Mr. Spock would think of an Erotic Mind Meld, we may never know, but it sure is something to grin about in contemplation.
Another little humorous bit is a mini-dialog near the beginning of the film, in which we are informed that certain specimens are prized more than others, due to the genetic aspects of breeding. This comes off as a little cheesy, but I thought it was an honest attempt at explaining just why we see poor Voodoo gunned down by Officer Zeta, only to have him re-appear moments later as her Captain. Several other stars within the picture are used in similar fashion of multiple roles at various points during the film.
The Action
Each sexual encounter in this movie has it's own qualities and pitfalls. While there are pieces of girl-on-girl action, most of it is naturally sex between men and women. Not to say there isn't some kink to the film, as there are really only two scenes in the film with a single male and female participant. The rest are a mixture of group sex or threesomes.
Condoms are present in some scenes, and absent in others. So there is enough variety for most fans to be happy. And cum shots are very much present in each scene, though with the lighting, in a few you can't really make out much from it, beyond knowing that it's happening, and some lovely lady is getting her face creamed.
The Bonus Content
There is a lot of bonus content. In my final words, the one I'd like to talk about is the History of Taboo. This little extra bit contains over 2 hours of bonus scenes from old Taboo films. The clips range in length from 5 minutes to as many as 20. Each comes from an older Taboo movie, and are definitely not just teasers. They are decent clips and arousing in their own right.

Experience
My Experience
In all, my experience has been a very positive one. In addition to a great film, I got a lot of extra sex scenes, some colorful bonus content, and good commentary by the cast and crew. Only a few of the scenes had overacting, in the form of seemingly fake moans and groans, where the rest of the scenes had more realistic ones.
Multiple Angles
I did learn one thing. I originally thought Multiple Angles meant the same sex scene, with camera shots from different angles. Apparently that's wrong. Instead, the scene itself is altered, with different things taking place. A perfect example of this is the first scene. With Angle 1, we see Voodoo sliding off his partner's panties, in preparation for oral sex. With Angle 2, we pop right into his tongue going into her.
In regards to this, I like to think of Angle 1 as more of a cinematic experience. With some romance and intimate elements, while Angle 2 is more like a hardcore experience, in that it pops right into the action in some cases. Rather than trying to pop back and forth between them, it seems better to select an angle at the start, and just watch the entire film with that angle.
