What age were you when you go "the talk" from your parents? What was the most memorable part of it if at all?

I got sort of the "talk" when I was 16. It was more a interrogation than a talk.
I do remember mom asking me, "Did you tell her you love her !"

I didn't get the talk from my parents. They opted to leave it to the school I was attending. That talk consisted more of a, "Your body is going through a change..." deal. College is where things got more fun for me. The Human Sexuality class was both fun and educational. That is where I found out that anal sex is a real thing and that it can be pleasant if certain steps are taken.

There was no singular talk at any certain age in our house. We girls just grew up knowing that we could ask Mom anything we wanted whenever we wanted, and she'd give us answers.

I never actually got "the talk." I remember asking where babies come from when I was younger and my mom told me "I'll tell you later" which probably because she knew I would forget if I got distracted by something else- it worked. When I was twenty I mentioned to her that she never told me, and she asked if I needed to be told and I just said "No, I've got it, tab A goes into slot B." And she laugh so hard she almost fell out of a chair.
