In the winter months, I like them 'warm' so they're close to my body temperature, and 'cool' for the rest of the year...I don't like ice cold toys!

It's a seasonal thing for us. In winter we'll heat up toys with a heating pad - but not hot, just to take off the chill - especially for metal and glass.

In summer the opposite is true - we leave them at a cool air conditioned room temperature for that ahhh feeling - like when a cool cloth touches hot skin. No ice cubes for us.
