I guess you could say that trans guys would be the most common people to use packers, but I wouldn't limit it.

I see a lot of gender queer individuals wearing these. People that don't group themselves into "she" or "him". Personally I find it super sexy when a woman packs ; )
I think it is becoming quite fetishized.

I know transguys, transmasculine women, genderqueer folk who all pack. I'm not sure what the question is exactly, though.

I guess i kind or naively thought they were aimed at trans guys, but most of the reviewers were by cis women for gender benders and was a little surprised, and wondered what most people felt they were used for. its really interesting that cis women get a kick out of packing. and i never thought about it before, Ill try wording my questions better from now on

Thats really exciting for me! thanks for the comment! the idea that cis women use/gender variant people use these makes me feel like there will be more awareness in the 'general' population, and hopefully less hate

I generally see more reviews of the same products by trans guys elsewhere like in trans* communities instead of here.

In my experience that is not the case. However, I believe it seems that way because more gender benders seem willing to speak about their packers than trans guys. But this is really only my personal experience.

i haven't found too many other trans guys on ef. i do know a lot of other ftms who pack, most of them with converted mr. limpys. i guess it's a matter of considering it your actual cock. we pack to ease dysphoria rather than as a fetish, so getting on a public site that isn't aimed at other ftms to talk about our cocks is a little intimidating. just my 2 cents, though. i'm not shy about it. there are trans guys all over the internet who talk about packing. i just do it in front of people who buy these for different purposes too. ha.

I'm a Trans* man but I still used to pack when I identified as a butch lesbian--Alex

I like to pack a lot of the time

I hadn't noticed! I mostly hear about other trans guys using them, but I haven't bought one of my own yet. I think probably because they're used for different reasons is maybe why you hear about them so much in different places.

I don't necessarily think it's a fetish. I identify as genderfluid and am planning on buying a packer to help deal with my feelings of dysphoria on my more masculine days. There's nothing sexual or fetishistic about that for me.

i'm transgender FTM and bought a packer and rarely use it.

I identify as genderqueer and pack sometimes; mostly it's an issue of having enough reliable straps/trying to balance what I want to do with vs. my desire not to wear too much bulky clothing.
If I had to specify, it is part of an identity rather than a fetish (for me), though I am trying to get more comfortable being sexual within this identity/gender expression. Right now I do have partners who are interested in my dick, and I'm pretty happy with that, as long as they understand that it is also part of me.
I wouldn't know about packers or binders if it weren't for FTMs, though.

I mainly identify as female but I would try this just because I've always wanted to know what it was like to have a penis.

As it becomes less taboo, more people are doing it. I really don't think it's an issue. I think if you want to pack, regardless of reason, you should feel free to do so!

I don't really know anyone who packs to be honest. I want to one day but I have no money to.

I'm thinking of getting a packer for cross-dressing purposes.
I'm honestly not sure which labels would fit me best. I guess you could say that I'm a genderqeer, bisexual female. I'm female-bodied and pretty comfortable in my own skin. However, I have a strong desire to experience certain things as a male (not least of all, sex). Not so strong though, that I'd be willing to give up my female body forever. Really, my ideal would be to be able to switch back and forth between male and female at will. Since that isn't an option right now, I'll settle for a bit of cross-dressing and trying to make myself look and feel like as much of a man as I can.
