I agree with Mad's princess about the pictures. I also am very interested in the sizing if it's lingerie or the amount of vibrations if it's a toy.

I'm looking to read about they ways people use toys, whether they met or exceeded expectations. I generally go straight to the "Experience' section.

How it felt, how it worked best, methods of use that could prove useful to my own uses, and clues as to whether or not it would fit my own anatomy and tastes. I'll sometimes click over to a reviewer's profile to see if we have any toys in common, and if our opinions line up on those, I'll find the review more useful to me.

(As in, actually useful to my purchase plans, not "useful" as in the voting thing. That would obviously be unfair.)

I wish there was a better way to measure vibrational pitch, rather than relying on people's subjective opinion and use of words like buzzy and thrummy and thuddy -- I think the accuracy of that is pretty surprisingly good, considering that some of those terms aren't even real words, but I'd love to be able to compare things more directly to my existing favorites with something a little more scientific, like a numerical value.

Also, when it comes to the pics, i've noticed suddenly lots of review popping up with photos in them of the product, but the pics are just copy pasted off of the product page, this isnt very useful as i can see those pics on the page already, i want to see what it looked like in person when YOU got it. like what it really looks like not just what the manufacturer wants you to see of it

I love photos. I really like size comparisons to other toys and showing flexibility of a toy. I like to hear that in a review too. I can't look at a vibrator picture and tell if it's going to have a rigid shaft or be bendy, so that's what I want to know. If it's a rabbit vibe, does the clitoral arm more or have its own motor? I think a review should include things that the rest of cannot know by just reading the manufacturer's description.

I read the whole review! And I'm surprised so many people like pictures. I don't include pictures in my reviews. I feel like people write less when they have them and use them to get more useful ratings. Plus they are a pain to take and upload, which is why I don't do it. I would rather use my vocabulary to describe the toy!
