Have you seen a doctor about the bleeding?

Your bleeding might just be the result of vaginal tears, it can happen when you're not properly lubricated or when thrusting is too forceful. Kegel balls will help strengthen your internal vaginal muscles, but I don't think they'll help you prevent vaginal tears. Try a different position, e.g. woman on top, so you can be in control of how he enters and thrusts to avoid traumatic tears; and most important of all, use plenty of water-based lubricant during sex. If you still encounter bleeding after that, it's time to seek help from your doctor as your vaginal tear might be more severe.

Then there's no harm to try Kegel balls as they will somewhat help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles.

Kegel balls only strengthen our Kegels. here's a review you may find helpful go, go, go, Kegels! YAY! then the Emigi crowd settles down...
I certainly would get advice from my Dr. for how to stop the bleeding. maybe your husband can stop thrusting so far into your vag. if he cares about your pleasure, I would think he'd give it a try. I can't imagine intercourse is pleasurable for you if your cervix keeps getting hit - that hurts. I know it hurts from my own experience.

Unless your anatomical condition would cause problems, you should be doing pelvic exercises in general.

It's an issue with hitting the cervix specifically, and in her previous post she stated that she enjoys the rough sex and bottoming out that occurs, just not the bleeding afterwards. Kegel exercises will be of minimal, if any, help here. Though I second dv8's response that we should all be doing them anyway.

If you're not doing your Kegels, don't complain if you have to use a pessary one day. Those things are icky.

I don't think it will help with the bleeding, but should help strengthen your pelvic muscles
