Over 31 - an odd cut-off point, but I guess the young people here think that if you haven't done everything by the time you're 30 - you must be a prude or something.

I was over 30, too. My Man even older (I don't think he ever had anal with an other woman before me, I don't think he did.)
I think it has less to do with prudery (I wasn't crazy about how it was phrased either) but what was the common thing when you grew up. Anal was not as common when we were younger, I saw it the first time on a porno in a sleazy motel, and was amazed. "He...he...he...he...p ut it in her butt!" I thought "only gay guys" did that. I was SO young and naive back then. (I was probably 17 or 18 at the time, and My Man was laughing and asked if I wanted to do it. I just looked at him as if he was asking if I wanted a finger cut off. LOL!)
Why we waited as long as we did, I will never know. But, I guess I was afraid. It rocks! I wish we had done it sooner, but at least we had some new things to try after 20+ years of sex.
