Do to my size (over 300 lbs) and my wife only 110 lbs, we use the woman on top method. Plus I like it better as all i have to do is lay there.

side by side is ok but not very comfortable for either one of us.

Woman on top for us too. But we don't really like doing 69, because we can't concentrate on the receiving end while we're doing that.

My husband is a lot bigger than I am, so we keep it woman on top. (Not to mention he has HUGE balls, and the one time we tried man on top they kept laying over my nostrils making it impossible for me to breathe!)

We don't do it often - my wife says its distracting. But when we do the person who initiates will be on top - so both.

I've only done it twice in my life, but both were side by side. Prefer giving so I'm not really into 69.

Me (female) on top, but I find it puts me in a position that causes my leg muscles to tense and it's much harder to enjoy it that way than just lying down.

OMG I'm SO glad I'm not the only one that has to deal with a man that has HUGE balls!!! Those things are VISCOUS! lol

Both ways for us but most of the time I am on top. When I am on top I place my legs on one side or the other, this helps us with the height difference we have.
