Do you feel that the more you have sex the higher your sex drive climbs, or the more you have the lower it falls?

I am caught somewhere in-between. I feel that when I hold off for a while, the sex seems mind blowing and amazing. However, if I don't have sex regularly, I start to lose my self confidence. I would say I prefer sex more frequently, even if the intensity isn't as high.

What is the perfect frequency for sex for everybody here? Does more frequent sex help or hinder your sex drive? Please explain... I would like to see where everybody falls in the spectrum
