I prefer the full swing. I know that my swing will not break anything, since I installed the hardware. The door swing I could see breaking the door, since most homes built since the 70's early 80's have hollow core doors and are easily broken. The body swing would not break anything, except your back; but I feel the body swing would just be too much work to use more then once or twice.

I own the pleasure swing. It is a nice quality swing that has held up for years with no problems.
