I refer to all my toys by name. It makes it easy for me to reference here at Eden if I'm comparing something in one of my reviews or on the forums. It's something I've started since I've been here. Before I just said "the long black one" or "the little pink one."
Now, when I'm playing with my husband he'll ask me what I'll want and I'll say "grab X" and he goes "huh?!" He hasn't quite yet picked up my talent for remembering the names of all the toys in my every expanding collection, especially not when new things pop up every few days. He's learned a few of my favorites and a few that have odd names, but doesn't know what I'm talking about most of the time. So generally, I end up going to get the toys I want out of the box rather than trying to describe to him which ones I want.
Do you know the names of all your toys? Do you refer to them that way when you talk to your partner or friends (if you talk about that type of stuff)? Does your partner know the names well enough for you to say "grab X" and s/he knows exactly what you're asking for?
