Vaginal Exerciser help

Contributor: SexyTabby SexyTabby
Well I want to get the Sin Five Emigi since it has such great reviews and it appears user friendly. I thought I'd get a set of the smart balls or one of the others with that basic design just so I could compare and see what would work for me.

I haven't placed the order yet for the Emigi and now I'm second guessing it. I went into our local 'toy' shop and ironically all the vaginal exercisers were 50% off. They didn't have the emigi but I did go ahead and buy ones that shared the same basic design of the smart ball ones. This one is by California Exotic and the talk sex with Sue Johanson lady. Yellow ribbed ones.

I'm convinced I'm doing something wrong because they are nothing but painful. I laid down and put them in with no problems but when I sat up I had nothing but pain and now over an hour after taking them out I'm still in pain. There's so many reviews with people leaving them in and going about their days. What on Earth did I do wrong?

Could be they are just too large for you, too long, or that you have a short vaginal canal or tipped uterus.

The Emigi is much smaller and works much better for those with these issues. Also, the Energie is a vaginal barbell that works differently but is highly effective.

Most standard sized balls don't work for me, either. They just feel uncomfy and too long and large.

Smaller balls are also more effective since you have to work harder to keep them in.

This is pretty much just second-ing what Carrie Ann said but the Emigi is the only one I can use, personally. The rest of them feel too rigid and poke me every time I move and are just generally uncomfortable and painful. I also have a problem with very long or girthy toys because I have a short and narrow vaginal canal. Might it be possible that you have a similar issue?

It could be the ribbing, the larger size, and more importantly that they are not placed in correctly. I experience the same with tampons. If I don't put it in all the way or get the right angle I will be in excruciating pain when I stand up too. So...make sure you are relaxed when placing them inside and fully push them in.

Thanks everyone. I do have a tilted uterus but it didn't even cross my mind as an issue because I have no similar problems with any of my other toys. Most of my main toys are larger then these but then I wouldn't be letting those stay in while I do housework. I'll give it one more shot just on the off chance that I didn't have them in right but otherwise I'll stick with either ordering the emigi or checking out the energie.

Thank you!

As stated before...size is a huge issue. I use basic ben wah balls because the larger ones are just too big. The luna beads are my go to because I can separate them and use just one at a time if I want to. Keep that in mind as well.

How are you suppose to insert the ben wah balls correctly?

Yeah, I tried them a few more times but it just wasn't for my body. I ended up just sticking with the emigi and it's working wonderfully.

Well, I just bought the Silver balls from California Exotic. I am hoping for a first time use that they will be comfortable. Problem is that I have never used them before, and don't even know how to insert them correctly. I realize the purpose of these ben wah balls and thought perhaps I will try these. So, I bought them. I guess we will see. Do they come with directions on how to use?

The first one I bought didn't have instructions which is why I thought I was doing it wrong. It seemed pretty straight forward insert til your body accepted them and that was it. Should think the ben wah balls would be the same. Hopefully someone with them will reply soon

Just pop 'em in like a tampon. They will likely fall out repeatedly until your muscles are stronger. Cal Exotics ones should come with something...I bought straigh Ben Wa balls...just the balls and a box.

Well, that seems very straight foward, and simple. Thank you for the response.

The Ami balls might work? They give you multiple options so you can figure out which you like the most.

i don't know how the tipped uterus might effect things, pardon if this advice is ill-placed, but for the Loa, (working on a review), they are rather large, and some arousal helped in finding a comfy place for them, then they stayed comfy and i stayed a bit aroused. A vibrator held to the cord on the Loa helped in such circummstances.
