Soap and water. If it good enough for my hands, it's good enough for my toys.

Toy cleaner or plain soap?

I use toy cleaner most times, but occasionally I'll use shampoo if I forgot to grab the cleaner. I've wondered about the effects of shampoo (which often contains Dimethicone) on silicone, but so far no adverse effects!

Soap and water with regular sextoy hottub parties (boiling hot!).

Oh man, just imagine if you didn't rinse the soap off thoroughly. Holy Hooha that would hurt!

I have bought toy cleaner, but haven't used it yet. I just use Dial soap and water.

soap and water for me

I use soap and warm water, and scrub for at least 30 seconds. I have used toy cleaner before, but I always make sure to rinse thoroughly.

I use toy cleaner

I use mild soap and water. And since most of my toys are silicone or glass, I boil them!

I always use anti-bacterial soap. I've got very sensative skin and had a horrible reaction to a toy cleaner once. Rinsed the toy off as it said to do but still had a very stingy reaction and then also got a YI. NOT fun!

Soap and water have yet to fail me.

I use soap and hot water.
Ive never actually tried the toy cleaner.

I haven't tried the toy cleaners either. Soap and water work just fine for me.

We use mostly toy cleaner now but have used just soap and water for years

Soap and water are always just fine. Toy cleaner is nice too, but there's really nothing wrong with the basics =)

I just prefer soap and water.

I use soap and water unless I really don't feel like getting up to wash up after, in which case I just use a toy cleaner. I always wash the toy with soap and water before though.

I use toy cleaner, and take them out and clean them with soap and water if they are silicone.

soap and water

I've used both and I prefer soap & water over toy cleaner for multiple reasons. I always use antibacterial kitchen soap, hot water &/or rubbing alcohol for plastic toys.
11/23/2011
I do both most of the time. A lot of toys have handles and such that I'd rather not get wet with water, so I use toy cleaner after soap and water.

we use soap and water most of the time. We do have toy cleaner, but we haven't really used it considering you have to get up and rinse it off after you put the toy cleaner on anyway

toy cleaner but i do often use baby wipes because i always have them on hand for removing my makeup. i spray on my cleaner and wipe it off with a baby wipe. i wish cleaner wipes like the ones System JO makes were cheaper because that'd be convenient and I'd rather use that most of the time!
