To me, clamps feel more like someone is pinching your nipples. The closest thing I have found that feel like someone sucking my nipples are the Mini Nipple Suckers

My GF says those suck hard enough to hurt. We've tried these link but they don't suck quite hard enough to stay on during sex.

I know some may object my suggestion, but my wife like it sooo much.

We use a Tens unit with nipple clamps (bipolar one) or monopolar pads. You can fix it on your breast in the way you like. The pulses will make you feel between kisses to hand massage to bites as per pulses power and intensity increased.

But you must be careful and not use it if you have heart diseases.

I've tried the Mini Nipple Suckers myself. While they provide nice suction, if not used carefully (that is, if you squeeze the bulb too tightly) they can really hurt. Used with caution, they're pretty nice. (Be too overenthusiastic though, and you'll end up with rings around your nipples.)

I also noticed that someone posted a link to the Supple Nipps accessory. I've also tried these, and while they take a few tries to put on correctly, they're also pretty nice. Again, they apply a lot of suction if you're not careful with them... To the point where they draw fluid from the skin. But they're great if used with care. I don't recall the shipping being too bad either.
