Get yourself really horny first, if it alot bigger than you are used to start with a smaller toy, more what you are used to and then take your time, relax, and if you feel real pain always stop.

Don't know what to suggest. I only use plugs that are in my comfort zone, I don't see the point to use something that's too large for me, causing me pain rather than having fun with it.

You have to work up to it! Getting yourself turned on will increase bloodflow and elasticity. Start with a smaller toy. Don't expect the big boy to be the first thing in. You may need a couple of intermediate toys, depending on how experienced you are with anal play and how big of a plug it is. Of course, use lots of lube.

If it hurts, stop. Either go to a smaller toy or come back to it another day.

as everyone else has said, start with a small one first and always use tons of lube. once you are comfortable with the small one start using the bigger one. make sure the size difference between the two is less then 3/4 of an inch. I place it up against the wall and bend over and go slowly. take a break every so often and don't force it. once its ready to go in, you will know. Don't be disappointed if you cant get it the first time around. It may take a few tries. The anus is a wonderful thing. it can stretch to accommodate a huge size and return to normal after a short period of time. And just remember .... just when you think you have enough lube... add more!!

When you think you've used enough lube, just keep applying more, you're probably only using half of what might be necessary for it to be comfortable. And us a very good lube preferably with a bit thicker of a viscosity.

Also push out. Really hard, like you're on the toilet and your body isn't cooperating. Since you're pressing the toy in the pressure won't be on your anus/rectum as much, but it will help your anus open up.

Not sure if this increases your hemorrhoid risk. While you are bearing down a lot, you're also pushing something up to counteract the force, so it might not increase the risk the way it does when you're bearing down with no support.
