A lot of these gag toys have unbearable rubber tastes. What's the easiest way to dilute or totally get rid of that? Any suggestions or solutions?
How to get rid of the rubber taste?

You could try soaking the ball part (assuming it is removeable) in a strong tasting juice, like cranberry, for extended periods of time between use, but rubber is a pretty persistent taste, so you might be stuck with it.

I haven't tried this myself, but my first attempt would be to try a paste of dish detergent and baking soda, left on the ball for a while. But even if you could clean it, "new" odor might migrate to the surface from inside.

Oh dear. I don't think you can get rid of the taste or smell of rubber. It's just there.

Might get stuck with the taste, since it's pretty persistent and consistent. Try soaking it in something, like a really good tasting juice or oil between uses. Might not work, but worth a try.
