hmmm.... well two of his favorite things I've never seen in books or anything so I'll stick them here and maybe it'll help =)
1. while sliding your mouth along his shaft you can lift your tongue upwards to pin his shaft between your tongue and the roof of your mouth. It makes it tighter but you do need to be careful of your teeth.
2. this one I can take credit for (credit goes to Sex Nerd Sandra). Oh, yes and let me add--don't forget to pay attention to his balls. And your mouth doesn't have to be around his penis the entire time. In fact, it can get tiring and tedious to just keep moving him in and out of your mouth. Use your hand if your mouth gets tired, but make sure it's lubed or use your saliva to wet it. When I'm giving a blow job, I tend to salivate a lot more.
