I'm trying to figure out how to review an item but my grab it link isn't showing up.

Have you launched the review service yet? Try going into your Account Dashboard and click "Review Program". It will show you the information that's required, and once it's entered, it should create the Grab It link.

See if that works

I totally forgot that you had to start the review service, lol. I've been on here for a while so I just assumed it's automatic.
