It is a really hard question, imma have to say use because if its used properly i think were ok. Although in most cases size does matter!

I think it's a bit of both, but I slightly lend towards size. For anal at least it's the thickness that really gets me off, and there's only so much that a guy can actually do with it beyond just thrusting.
