You can find a full list of personal stores on the "Community Corner" page (on the right, partway down the page).
Once you get to the personal store page, you scroll down until you see the box labeled "Fans" with a bunch of contributor photos in it. At the bottom of the box, there's a button you can click that says "Follow". That allows you to "favorite" a personal store.
