It depends on so many things....hormones, emotional state, energy/stress levels.. I have days where I get wet without even consciously thinking about sex, then I have days where I want it so bad but I can't get wet and need to use lube. It's just part of the mystery and "fun" of being female.

Anti-depressants also effect the ability to get wet or even get extremely aroused or orgasm. This has been an issue for me and something not to be afraid of talking to your doctors about.
